Overview
Active travelers will love hiking to the summit of Lombok’s Mount Rinjani without the hassle of organizing all your own logistics. This four day/three night supported trek will guide you to the summit, both crater rims, and to lakes and waterfalls, all with incredible views. Spend one night in a village and two camping on the mountain. All food is provided, and porters will carry your gear.

Great experience and a reasonably priced trek.
Enough food, simple but tasty, definitely bring snacks. It was all good, you get what you pay for. If you want a bit more comfort (eg pillow, chair) go for a more expensive company, otherwise this company is good for you.
The company overall was good and the basics of what you need all round. The guide was mostly present but didn't brief about the trek or communicate during the trek about anything which was disappointing. Our group had different fitness levels and the super fast people went past stop points because they didn't know where to stop. The guide stayed with the slower part of the group but still took time by himself to have smokes and asked us to walk and he would catch up.
In regards to the hike the terrain is extremely steep on day 2 of the hike. The 2am wake up to 4pm finish is intense and with very few breaks. The summit is beautiful but really challenging and other groups left and did not finish the rest of the hike due to intensity and weather. Also some infrastructure has collapsed inside the crater since the eruption and has not been repaired.
Was epic and would definitely recommend.

Actually, on the shared option that the service is only available on a budget (low service).
But if you choose the private option, that the service is on deluxe, as like you said it is with chairs, pillow etc. (as you said: you get what you pay for)

Great experience but the people make it even better, all the porters and especially our guide Radu took great care of us.
Do make sure you are capable, cause the hike is as brutal as it is beautiful.
