This is the best touring experience I’ve ever done. Our guide djordy was a great guide and even better person. He kept us very safe and was very knowledgeable about the area. The porters were also amazing. The carried all the equipment and food and even set up and pack up the tent and camping equipment. They prepared amazing meals along with fresh fruit and hot drinks for every meal. Was truly an incredible experience we will never forget. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to Djordy and the porters and this company. 12/10

We did the 2 day 1 night hike with Jordy as our guide. He was absolutely amazing and made the experience very enjoyable. Definitely recommend booking with this tour group!

The hike was beautiful and our guide, Eddie, was awesome. Overall, it was a lot of fun, but what it was did not align with the description provided here on Viator. The description and reviews mentioned things like dining on chairs at tables and having everything set up when you got to each point. We ended up eating on mats on the ground and some lag between getting places and having things ready. This would not have been an issue, if we had not seen all of the other tour groups around us have all of these things at each stop. We were told by our guide that since we were a shared tour (us and other smaller groups) we did not get the full private tour experience that others got, but the description we booked off of here is for the full tour.
Overall, I really recommend the hike and the guide was great. Just do some research to understand exactly what you are getting as this description and reviews were not accurate for what we got.

Sublime views, trek wasn't difficult but it can be a bit long for someone inexperienced. Food provided was delicious, and the equipment was perfect. Thank you!

I did the 2D1N Senaru Crater Rim hike with Lombok Trekking Info for my 40th birthday, and it was wonderful. Anci, my tour guide, and the porter were amazing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trek up. The hike was challenging but the views at sunrise from the crater rim were absolutely worth it – a moment I'll never forget. The meals provided were delicious and the entire experience was well-organized. Additionally, I opted for the transfer service to and from my hotel, which was seamless and convenient. Huge thanks to Lombok Trekking Info for making my milestone birthday truly special with this incredible adventure!

It was a very challenging hike, maybe the most intense we have done already, but it was worth it. Everything was very well organised and the team took care of everything: food, support, sleeping equipment… I would not do it again since it was so hard, but would surely recommend to do it.
