    Delicious culinary journey in Senggigi

    Three of us really enjoyed the “Rasaraya” experience at Qusia restaurant in Senggigi, Lombok. The meal is a guided journey across the archipelago: 5 islands/regions with 3 small plates from each one, so fifteen yummy dishes in all, served by your own waiter who wears the costumes of each region and tells the story behind the food. As a frequent visitor to Indonesia, I thought I had a pretty good handle on the cuisine, but a lot of the dishes were new to me. Highly recommended for those wishing to learn more about this fascinating culture and cuisine.
