They were a no-show. We Uber to the pick up point and no one showed up, we called and found out our trip had been canceled. However, no one notified us in fact victor sent us tickets via the app that morning. We were promised a refund but have not seen that yet. We were informed that the vehicle broke down two weeks prior before we even left the United States, but no one notified us. We were stranded and left to fend for ourselves and will not get our Uber money back either.
Waited at meeting point for 20min and they didn’t show up.. Thanks a lot! Hopefully it will not happen to anyone else.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us.
Sadly due to fault on the system your booking was processed without our knowledge onto a closed date due to the Rolls being off the road.
As soon as we were made aware, a full refund was issued with our apologies for the inconvenience and an offer of free tickets for our sister company. We can only apologies again for the inconvenience.
We hope that when the Rolls is back on the road you join us soon.

The car hold 6 but we were the only 2. Jimmy our tour guide and driving did a great job. Full of knowledge. Loved all the facts and stories. Everywhere we went people were taking pics of the car. I felt like a star...

Our driver Jim knew all the important locations and added in depth stories about the fab 4. Other tours took pictures of us and our limo.

For us, the Beats Tour experience took us to the 'necessary' places in the Beatle's early days and the great info gained from our driver Jimmy with the numerous stories and quirks he told, were the highlight of the tour. Well done Jimmy!

Focused beatles tour. Very entertaining. Driver was fun. Time passed quickly. We would recommend it if the rear windows opened which they didn't. It was very hot and the passenger area was filled with petrol fumes which spoiled our enjoyment somewhat
Fab Beatles tour in the Rolls Royce. Jimmy our guide was full of interesting information and funny stories of the Fab Four! Thoroughly recommend this tour
Cancelled a out an hour we were due to leave home...surely there is more than one driver available...
It’s very personal and informative- our driver Jimmy was a great character who brought the stories alive with his enthusiasm, impersonations and singing.

FANTASTIC! Damian is the best tour Gide ever! Knowledgeable about all things Beatles big and small! His knowledge of all the great moments in Beatles history was an absolute delight! He could even sing a few bits of the songs. However, his impression of Ed Sullivan’s introduction of the Beatles while accurate was only hilarious. Very entertaining and a sheer delight. Book ‘em, Now!
My husband and i were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. So interesting with a brilliant tour guide.
A fantastic trip in a wonderful Rolls Royce, seeing the homes and famous landmarks of The Beatles, our tour guide was excellent, so made the whole trip memorable.
Superb Beatles experience and by far the best way to see Liverpool. Damian the driver was a wealth of knowledge and his passion for us to have the best time was inspiring.
We were delighted with the experience! Our driver was amazing with his knowledge and sang to us also, reminding us of each of the lyrics that were written about each place we visited. What a treat!

We had the best time on the Beatles magical mystery tour . The driver was amazing, his attention to detail about the Beatles was spot on. The music and the audio made the tour complete! Thank you for a fantastic time. Well worth it to take this tour!
