PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. Great itinerary exploring food of the Troodos region. Georgina our guide was very informative, as were the people who spoke to us about carobs, halloumi, wine and chocolate. The lunch Taste of Cyprus was brilliant!

Theodora was an absolutely charm to have as a tour leader that day! She made the tour very fun with her knowledge of the small villages made it much more special.
The local food samplings, delicious meze lunch and winery stop made the day fun and filling. Definitely recommend this tour!!!

Good quality transport. Good level of information given - stops didn’t feel rushed. Lunch excellent - so many different traditional Cypriot dishes. Visit to the winery was very informative - their commandaria was delicious. Plenty of time to wander round Omodos which was charming. Recommend doing this trip.

We had a really nice day on the Troodos Mountains Food & Wine Tour. The stops were beautiful, and the tastings were fun—especially the figs our guide picked right off the tree to pair with fresh halloumi, and the chocolate tasting which was super informative and well done. The final wine stop was also a highlight with some great wines.
Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot along the way. If I could suggest a couple improvements, it would be to allow just a bit more time at each stop for photos/wandering, to be more mindful of dietary restrictions like gluten and dairy, and to respect when guests prefer to take their own photos. Small things, but they’d make the experience even better.

So glad you enjoyed the day overall but sad to see you took away 2 stars for these issues - especially since your guide bought a loaf of gluten-free bread just for you and I can see many dairy-free dishes on offer throughout the meze photos (traditional salad, olives, meatballs, Cyprus potatoes, Cyprus sausages, stuffed vineleaves, grilled chicken). With regards to having more time at each stop... I can see that your tour started with pickups in Larnaca at 08:15 and dropoffs at 18:00 so we do feel the day is already long enough and not really feasible to give extra time and make the day longer, especially when others might not want to walk around in the village heat. We also need to make sure that all stops are included before they close for the day. We have indeed spent a lot of time researching and planning our itineraries to make them work and as you can see from the majority of reviews - we feel we have found a good balance. Very sorry if there was some confusion regarding photos - the guides photos are sent out for group memories and participants are encouraged to also take their own for their personal reference.

I’ve already taken the All-Inclusive Food & Wine Day Tour with L.G.A. Cyprus Taste Tours once before, and once again, my expectations
were more than exceeded. The tour guide impressed me with his charm, deep knowledge, and genuine warmth.
The pick-up at the agreed location went smoothly—any concerns in this regard are completely unfounded. The guide's welcome couldn’t have been warmer, and the friendly fellow travelers from Israel and Ukraine added to the overall feel-good atmosphere.
The drive to our first stop was enriched with interesting facts about cheese, chocolate, and wine production. I lost count of the number of tastings, but the extensive lunch at a traditional Greek taverna, featuring carefully selected local dishes, was undoubtedly the highlight of the day.
Of course, the other tastings were not to be missed—especially those at the award-winning Ayia Mavri Winery, renowned for its sweet Mosxatos wines.
All in all, this tour is a wholehearted recommendation for anyone eager to think outside the box and take a deeper look behind the culinary scenes of Cyprus.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour. We were guided by Theodora who was passionate and very knowledgeable. We got to experience loads of different foods who make up a big part of cypriot cuisine and culture, and we also got to see a lot of gorgeous views throughout the day. Very priceworthy trip considering everything that is included in the tour. I would strongly recommend anyone to book the tour!

It was a very nice experience. This tour took us through the charming villages in the Troodos Mountains, offering stunning views and rich insights into local history.
The highlight was tasting authentic Cypriot cuisine, including traditional carob, cheeses and sweets as well as sampling local wines at a winery.
Our guide Demi was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the region, good organization in terms of communication, pickup and timing.

We loved this tour! We stopped at several places for a little bit of culture & history mixed in with the abundant and delicious food & wine. The villages were quaint and beautiful, the scenery was amazing, our tour guide (Helena) was very knowledgeable, and we appreciated all of the bonus stops mixed in with the planned ones. We saw, ate, and learned SO much in one day. It was perfect!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Cyprus outstanding tour guide Panikos!!!! A truly once in lifetime experience of authentic Cypriot traditions starting with historical Monasteries, family owned carob and haloumi farms, the beautiful historic village of Omodos, a wow factor of personal chocolate making and the final grand finale of meeting Mr. Giannis in person as he walked us through his wine making vineyard and teachings including the oldest wine in world Cyprus Commanderia!!! Panikos was most pleasant warm and knowledgeable guide who ensures every person to have a great experience. During our traditional meze lunch he shared his personal life experiences and stories making all of us feel like an extended family!!! A must tour to take when visiting Cyprus.

Our family including our young adult children loved the whole day! The halloumi farm and factory, olive factory, winery, walking through the village and the meze lunch. And since we were here while the roses were blossoming, our bonus stop was the rose factory. And the best was Anna, our knowledgeable, open and charismatic guide. Wonderful tour!

Very good experience with the small group tour, we had a very nice dynamic with the group and the atmosphere was fun. The tour guides drove us through the Trodos Mountains and we got explanations. We tasted a lot of food and were satisfied with a wine for dessert.
Chocolate man learned a tremendous amount. The wine man was very rushed though, and at the Haloumi I would have liked to see more of the process, now they were busy cleaning and couldn't get close, I would have liked to see a little more of the process (Photo I took through the window on my own iniative) but of course it's all about the tasting, which was fun and we look back on it with pleasure! Do!
