Geraldo was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. Be ready from some deep jungle adventures. Pack the big spray but totally worth it. Become one with the sweat!

Badly organized tour

This was very poor organised tour with misleading description. Tour operator fixed the first error revising the first night from place in the jungle to night in Leticia. He completely ignored that my flight out was at 14:25. He scheduled return to Leticia by 18:00. Was out of reach all day. Thanks to the guide we were able to switch the time. I was able to make my flight but it was very stressful. Communication in that area very challenging. Everything hast be brought up in writing a couple of days ago. Description of the tour is very generic and is not accurate. None of the places I stayed on the tour even is closed to 3 star hotels. Unless it is fixed I would not recommend the tour. A lot of time was spent on the organisation instead of enjoying the area

Todo fue improvisado, esperando hasta que Edwin encontrara un barco, ya que me había aceptado como único huésped, incluso me dividió en otro grupo de viaje, una vez que me despertó a las 7:30 a.m., finalmente el viaje comenzó a las 9:30 a.m. Lo bueno fue que tuve como acompañante a Yari, quien realmente hizo todo para bien. Me mostró lugares dignos de ver. En resumen, cuando comparo lo que cobran otros organizadores de viajes locales por la misma expedición, esta “aventura” fue demasiado cara. Hans Peter Berger
