carolde50, Apr 2025
Long day but well worth the experience. Everything was well planned out. Guide teacher out to me day prior with info on meeting. I had some questions and he responded very quickly.

Lower Antelope is wonderful

JeanFrancois_G, Feb 2025
The site is wonderful. The nature at its best ! The driver was well prepared, lunch and water.. He was great. Now the tour guide was te best part of it. From history to photography lessons, he helped us make the best photos. Thanks again Ben.

DO NOT USE THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A TOUR COMPANY

Stan_W, Apr 2022
Brutal absolutely brutal. Do not use this tour company, they do not deliver on their advertised experience and do not use English speaking tour operators. A total amateur outfit and extremely expensive. Their customer service is terrible and are not interested in customer satisfaction. And watch out for the "mandatory" tipping. The worst thing is there is no recourse to Viator or Tripadvisor despite this company tarnishing their name and reputation.

Response from Host, Apr 2022

Dear Stan, Thanks posting the feedback again. We replied your feedback already days ago. Here we sent the replies to you one more time as below: The Lower Antelope Canyon were closing for the day 2022-April-5 due to inclement weather and wind. The last tour is 10:15AM. Ken's Lower Antelope Cayon last tour is 12:30PM, Upper Antelope Canyon still open. And your tour begins in the early morning when the canyon is still open. We could not forwcast if the canyon will be closed or not. For the closure due to unresistible factors, such as weather conditions, no official announcement will be made in advance from Lower Antelope Canyon. They will notify the weather problem at the last minute. When the guide was notifed by the message of closure, the tour group were already at Horseshoe Bend. The guide tried the best to check if you can still enter Upper Antelope Canyon though you booked for Lower Antelope Canyon. However, unluckily all tickets were sold out already for Upper. The two guides/driver are commercial vehicle tour guides who passed the commercial drivers and guide test all in English. Their spoken English might not be that fluent as native speakers, but they are professional guides. They will drive the guests who booked for Upper/Lower/X canyon for the whole day and pay more attention on the driving. Also when the tour group came acorss the unforseen closure, they tried the best to help the guests. The tour did operate with unforseen closure for the Lower Antelope Canyon portion. We are sorry that we could not refund all the fee for this one day tour and we would refund you the admission fee part for the Lower Antelope Canyon and the refund has been done. Thanks again for your feedback.

Day tour to Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend

Rachel_B, Dec 2021
This was a long day. You are picked up in a small bus, seating was tight, no leg room, and if you sit in the back you will feel every bump on the ride. Takes about 4.5 hours to get there. Tour was advertised that a box lunch was offered. We received McDonald’s Big Mac burgers. There was no tour guide on the bus only the bus driver. Every seat was taken so if you wanted to stretch out your body it wasn’t possible. At the lower antelope canyon destination a tour guide was provided by those that ran the canyon tours. Then after this we had to go to another canyon to pick up another couple who went on a different tour. We waited an additional 35 minutes for them. Then we were taken to horseshoe bend and had an hour to enjoy this. Then we had about a 4.5 hour tour drive back and also hit a traffic jam that extended our time by roughly 45 minutes. On the time to and from the canyon there was one stop for the driver to get gas for the mini bus. During this time you could get out of the mini bus to use the restroom and purchase food. We started the tour at 5:40 am and arrived back at the hotel at 8:30 pm. The destinations were breathtaking.

Rip off

LEOPOLD_V, Dec 2021
We rode 5 hours from Las Vegas to be hit by a sand storm at the bend and no access to the Canyon. Then 5 hours more back to Las Vegas

Response from Host, Dec 2021

Dear Loepold, At the departure we got the notice from the guide that Lower Antelope Canyon had been closed temporarily due to weather condition. We are sorry for this condition caused by weather. The other parts of the trip did take place and cost applied. We have refunded you the admission fee to the Canyon already.

So worth the visit

Rebecca_S, Mar 2020
So worth the visit - I was in awe, so much natural landscape to be seen at the canyon and you wont take a bad picture. Be prepared it's a long drive and you can sleep in car as its a early pick up but its SO worth the visit.

Good but .......

Hector-C, Mar 2020
This is a pretty good tour. We enjoyed it to the most. For people who love to take pictures this is the perfect place. It’s a long drive (4.5) hours each way. The only thing I didn’t like it was the driver. Apparently on our way back he was in a rush to the point that we were all concerned about our safety. Thanks to Life 360 I confirmed that he was driving at 92 mph which I think it’s prohibited by the law and our safety was in jeopardy. Larry, you were a good tour guide until you compromised our safety. SAFETY should be the priority.

Response from Host, Mar 2020

Dear Hector, Thanks for your feedback. We totally agree that safety is the priority. We gave internal punishment to the driver and will not have him to guide the tour for some days.

Worth the time
