Worst viator tour of the week.

The driver spoke limited English and showed us to ticket booths but did nothing else. We were a group of 4 and the operator only had us marked for 2 despite the ticket clearly noting 4. 1 guest had to sit in a 3rd row seat while the other sat up front with the driver. At least he had the benefit of being told Ltd cues on the way “rubber trees” “banana trees”. She was clearly a driver and not close to being a guide. The biggest insult was being taken to a mangrove canoe tour (instead of spending 2 hours sitting on a beach) where the ticket agent wanted to charge 700 ringgit for the 4 of us when the same tour and location on line was booking at 415 ringgit. The cable car and sky bridge costs were higher than we anticipated, the waterfall was a trickle given it was the dry season. overall this was the worst tour we paid for.
