Our driver Munir was fantastic! As the cable car was initially closed in the morning he found us another activity and happily waited for us. We then went to cable car when it opened. We had a fab day!

Not a tour to take during low season... Maybe never

This tour should NOT be advertised during low season. There's little water at the falls, you can also take a Grab there, and walk around yourself. There's no need for a guide because the signs around there tell you about the flora and fauna, not the guide. There's no need to pay ahead of time for the cable car or skybridge - forget express line or for any VIP service. There's hardly any visitors there so there's no queue. Plus, you'll feel silly waiting for a glass bottom or VIP cable car pod bc it comes every 15 mins. It's not that amazing and not worth the wait. The guide was friendly and kind, but his boss and whoever is running the tour business locally is awful. He had the audacity to tell me he didn't control the weather when I said we felt the tour was not honestly advertised and there should be a disclaimer for low season (there's little water at the falls). Then he dared me to leave a bad review. This should company should not be allowed to advertise on Viator

If I could leave no stars I would! We paid £136 for in essence a taxi to firstly take us to the wrong waterfall - perhaps because he was keen that we rented ATVs that he stopped at. We wasted 50 minutes to get to the advertised waterfall.. when we got there the driver simply said it’s over there -choosing not to drive us to the waterfall .. I am sure the 3600 steps helped me! Then on to the cable car and sky bridge. Have you got your tickets the driver enquired … no they are part of the package we replied .. oh he said. Then wandered off to buy some tickets. We worked out we could have booked a grab and purchased the tickets ourselves for no more than £30 tops. Was terribly disappointed- we asked for a partial refund .. unsurprisingly we were turned down. I would avoid at all costs.

You already done all the places. Shame you ask for refund. We have 3 waterfalls in langkawi so that we will bring you to the one which is beautifull. Many taken advantageous people do this way. Not now. Thank you Also that how can you request a refund since you has completed the tours. Dont you feel shame on that

Amazing experience

The waterfall was not at its most plentiful due to the dry season but still a great walk and view! We also loved interacting with our guide who was so friendly and gracious. The skybridge and cable car was an amazing & thrilling experience. Would definitely do again!

Guide was waiting for us, she drove us to sights of interest then took us to the cable car, retrieved our tickets, up we went,spent time walking the sky bridge. Then went to waterfall, unfortunately not much water, dry season. She then drove us back to our ship pointing out things on the way. A very enjoyable few hours, our guide, Fatin, was friendly and informative. Would book through Viator again.

Misleading description, not a true "tour"

This experience was unfortunately extremely unsatisfying compared to what one expects when reading the description of the "tour". It is to us very misleading at the least. This should not fall into a tour at all. This is simply a private driver who drives you around to those places. There is no tour or guide or anything of that sort. For this private taxi driver + the entrance fees to the cable car and the bridge we paid 103€, which is a huge premium if you simply ordered a Grab or a taxi from the street, plus you're not flexible with time. The entrance fees + Grab would cost you in total around 20-30€ max for two people, just to show the difference. In the end I am just extremely disappointed in the way this tour was presented here and what was actually offered in the end, which is in my opinion very sneaky. I hope this review helps future tourists to know what they're getting.

Thank you klook guys. Haha... Make sure you have enough money to travel. See you next time. The driver has already explained about the tour and you didnt tell him that you need him to accompany you. We believed the driver cum guide has help you a lot including giving you extra time while swimming in the seven well waterfalls . You may reached by grab to the waterfalls but you may not get a grab when you request to go back. There's not many grab car standby in the forest area. May be waiting 3- 4 hours. This is why we provide a driver thats wait for you all the time even though you running bloody late. Thank you
