Boat may be different than pictures. Many listed items not offered. Off boat tour itself is fantastic.

What an absolutely wonderful day, this tour checked all the boxes for us. Great service by our guides at every turn and we saw Komodo Dragons and were able to swim with the Manta Rays. Probably the best tour experience that we have ever had!

Pros; Komodo island is beautiful.
Cons;
1. One day tour by fast Boat trip(6 destination+ activities) for 974.36 usd was completely over priced.
Local cost ( Komodo island) for a private fast boat trip was 8.8 juta idr( =593 usd)
2. Only one meal ( plastic bento food was a bit damaged ) + cheap plastic bag pacaged snacks from supermarket, never heard those brands + not washed some dirty fruits.
3. Air conditioning boat , they said, but it not did not work.
4. The agency called Flores Fantastic Tour, is not like the local agency, the guide was not their staff at all.
5. We did 4 activities out of 6 activites.
6. For parcial refund , we sent more then 6 times emails.
3 times Viator did not look into it just said 'unable to refund'.
7. The agency ( Flores Fantastic Tours) said us just wait for refund for missing activities, for several times but never came back.
8. Viator customer center did not look into our case at all just said ' unable to parcial refund' 4 times till we show them Whatsapp chat with the agency.
9. Refund? 50usd without discussing, by Viator's notice.
8. Guaranteed the best price? Well, Viator guaranteed the best ripped off price.
9. Viator does not care the customer had problems or not.
10. We never use Viator again. One star is too much for them.

I was doing this tour to see some Komodo Dragons, Because this was a private tour, I was able to customize the trip order and we also spent more time on Komodo Island itself. Most tours go to Padar first and then Komodo, but we were able to go to Komodo first, while it was still quiet and the dragons were active. I encountered no other tourists there for the first 90 minutes, which was great.
I saw three big dragons, so I was very pleased! Two seemed used to seeing humans and lounged placidly for photos, but one was clearly still very wild as he ran away very quickly when he saw some scary humans approaching!
