- Starting April 2026, Komodo National Park will limit visitors to 1,000 people per day. All entry slots must be booked through the official SIORA system, which does not support international payments. If you agree, we will secure the slot using our own funds, which must be reimbursed upon your arrival by cash or card (3% bank fee for card payments). All SIORA slots are non-refundable and non-changeable, so tour dates must be final.
- If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends. Since you will not return to the hotel, towels are not available to borrow, so please bring your own.
- Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.

We had a great time on the tour! There was just enough time at all of the stops to see what you needed to see before moving to the next stop. We had just 6 people in our group so it felt more personal. The tour guides and boat crew were fantastic - they were friendly, helpful, and organized. They kept us informed on our plan at the beginning of the trip and after each stop on where we were going and how long we’d be there. The Komodo park rangers were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting info about the komodo dragons as we walked through the park. The snorkeling was also a highlight - there were tons of colorful tropical fish, coral, as well as sea turtles and manta rays. Overall it was an awesome tour and we’d recommend it to anyone looking to explore Komodo for a day!

Very nice tour! Did a lot in just one day! We saw 5 Komodo dragons! Snorkeling was fun. This was our first time. Our tour guides were very patient teaching us. We felt like swimming in a big aquarium, seeing a lot of colorful fish that we have never seen before.

We arrived in Labuan Bajo without realizing Komodo National Park was closed due to a weather incident. Luckily for us, we were able to extend our trip an extra day and although it was touch-and-go until the last minute, the park did reopen on the last day of our stay (it had been closed from 12/28-1/8). The tour operator kept in touch and let us know as soon as they were cleared to sail and we were on the 5:30am boat out on January 9. It was definitely worth the wait and the trip met or exceeded all of our expectations. The first stop at Padar Island was breathtaking and we were thrilled to be there ahead of the crowds. A herd of wild deer met as at the beach for a picture perfect start. The pink beach was also beautiful and relaxing and we found both deer and dragon footprints on the beach which added to our already building excitement. Finally arriving on Komodo island, we stepped onto the pier and immediately saw a dragon roaming the beach in the distance. On our walking tour we saw 7 dragons of varying sizes and the rangers were excellent photographers, posing us perfectly behind the dragons to give us incredible pictures while keeping us safe. We also saw scrub fowl and cockatoos along the way as well as a variety of orchids and other plants. We had planned the trip specifically to see the dragons and felt the rest of the snorkeling would just be a nice add-on but those stops actually turned out to be a highlight of the day. The coral reefs were beautiful though there were a few people on our boat that were not good snorkelers and we were dismayed to see them kicking the coral. **Please be careful in the shallow water to avoid further damage to the reef.** We saw a huge variety of fish and 7-8 large sea turtles. Snorkeling with the manta rays was also an incredible experience. We saw 3 mantas and it made for a truly magical day. The entire park is gorgeous, our guide was personable and helpful, and even the weather cooperated to make our trip a memorable one.

The tour is as advertised - it leaves early and we were able to beat other tour groups to each stop most of the day. My wife and I were on a smaller boat with three other people. The group size was perfect though the company apparently operates larger boats.
The tour has multiple stops. We didn’t know what to expect at the first- Padar Island, so were surprised by the extent of the hike to the viewpoint and some will be deterred by the 800+ steps. But the view is amazing and worth the effort.
The next stop, Pink Beach, was nice but a little underwhelming. Komodo Island was the highlight and the Komodo Dragons did not disappoint. Despite warnings that there were no guarantees we’d see any, there were many and lots of decent opportunities for pictures. The only downsides of the island was the aggressiveness of the vendors in the marketplace. And the toilets were atrocious. It is a somewhat isolated location but it is a government facility that takes in a fair bit of fee revenue.
The subsequent stops for snorkeling were a bit anticlimactic after Komodo Island but were still memorable. We saw baby sharks, turtles, and millions of fish. But we were also able to observe several manta rays.
Throughout the day, our guide, Hugo, did a great job of keeping us safe, informed and happy.

This day trip is recommended to anybody coming to Labuan Bajo and surroundings. It is definitively your highlight. It is a day fully packed with most beautiful locations. We were happy with sunshine and no rain, so all locations were perfect. We saw multiple Mantas, two kommodo dragons, blue star, and so many beautiful fishes and chorals. It was perfectly organized, and perfectly cared by all staff members. We felt pampered the whole day and it was amazing. Yes, the 815 steps are challenging in the heat and when you want to take a lot of photos…. But amazing. Padar island was my highlight why i wanted to do the tour, but honestly the whole day was a pure highlight.
In general, as this area is still visited with high frequency, we felt in our small group of ten people super comfortable and private.
But in sight of nature, maybe do not use sunscreen to not disturb the marine life (but UV shirts), do not leave plastic, and dont take anything (in our group one person took a dead choral, but happily it was seen by our tour guide and thrown back into the ocean).
The tour guides instruct nicely about the importance to not leave garbage, but still of course tourism causes this, and many bottles are on the islands also behind kiosk, however hopefully one day carried back to main land). Plastic straws should be banned, and replaced by other sustainsble possibilities, but this only locals can change to the positive.

I work in a National Park back in the US, and I know that seeing animals is never a guarantee, so you can imagine my delight when we SAW ABSOLUTELY EVERY POSSIBLE ANIMAL. An epic hike up 800 steps to see white, black and pink sand beaches from above. A visit to a pink sand beach and opportunity see the red coral that gives it the unique colour. A 2.5 km hike on Komodo Island, and opportunity to see Komodo Dragons up close. Then a visit to a beautiful sandbar, followed by snorkeling at three epic spots where you can see, if you're lucky, mantas, baby sharks, and turtles. We were very fortunate and saw all three. An excellent day overall!

This was a lovely tour that surpassed my expectations. I traveled with my 6month old and the tour was very accommodating for me and my family. The hike was beautiful, the pink sand was perfect for a family swim, the Komodo park was really cool, the snorkeling was the icing on top. We were able to swim with turtles and Manta Rays they were so huge! Awesome tour and the tour guides were awesome.

This tour was everything we wanted from a Komodo Islands tour. You get picked up early, but right on time, so when you arrive at Padar Island you are some of the first people there. We got amazing photos and saw tons of tourists arriving behind us. All of the stops were great but we didn’t expect to love the snorkeling as much as we did. We saw baby sharks, manta rays, and sea turtles, it was awesome. Separately, they made a gluten free lunch for my girlfriend who has celiac, which was really important to us. Overall I’m so happy we chose this tour and 100% recommend it.

I can highly recommend this trip! The early pick up absolutely made the difference! As most tours do the same route we were 60-90 minutes ahead of the other groups. Very few people on the look out walk, maybe 20
people on pink beach, on Komodo we only saw one other group when we did our trek! We were so lucky on Komodo we saw 9 Komodo Dragons, one being only a month old! The park guides were great fellas and their photo skills were amazing!! What an absolute highlight! Then off to an afternoon of snorkeling! Unfortunately no Manta Rays, they hadn’t sight one for a few days. Also the wrong season to see them. Three stops all a bit different, again the boys from the tour kept an eye on everyone! The coral and fish were a treat to the senses!
The boat was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The lunch given to us was delicious and in a reusable container. After pastries were provided on the way back to Labuan Bajo. Thank you Harry our guide and your colleagues as we had an amazing day!

The walk to the lookout is over 600 stairs and difficult for people with a good level of fitness. Too long spent at pink beach and Komodo Island. Great to see manta rays, turtle, reef sharks and fish!

Tour was nice and we got to see so many places always a bit head of crowds, which was great :)
In my opinion the only con was, that we went snorkeling in cold water for long time in Manta Point even they haven’t seen Mantas for the last three weeks —this could be skipped or replaced with longer snorkeling in other spot.
I definitely recommend a day tour to see the best part of Komodo Island, no need to do a three day boat if there is no time:)

They really give you all the information about the place and the Komodo dragons.
Although you can’t see these beautiful animals always, we were lucky enough to see 8!

Awesome experience out on a boat to explore the Komodo archipelago! I booked this trip because of the reviews and agree with everything that was said. Incredible service, and safety first. Traveling with 2 kids this was very important to me. This tour exceeded my expectation.
For the trip itself be prepared for incredible views, a pink beach that is actually pink (!!), Komodo dragons, turtles and if you're lucky baby black tip sharks. It is not the manta ray season so we didn't see any but the reef, corals and fishes were plenty to look at!

An excellent trip. Everything was perfect.
Pickup and boarding were very efficient.
The boat was modern, well equipped, and maintained, comfortable and very clean.
Our guide was first rate. He spoke excellent English, gave clear briefings on what to expect at every stage, knowledgeable explanations and good safety briefings.
The island visits and stops were well organised. We had great dragon sightings on Komodo.
A nice packed lunch was included - eaten in comfort at a cafe on Komodo. We also appreciated the ready availability of free bottled water (and soft drinks) throughout the trip.
Snorkelling was excellent with good spotting by the guide and crew, good quality gear supplied and again excellent attention to client safety.

Very good tour! Guide was great and we saw 5 different komodo dragons at the park! Provided water, coke, lunch, and snorkeling equipment.

Travelling a bit earlier in the day made sure that we beat the most of the crowds. The hike to the top of Padar island was tough but worth the view. Don’t forget to stop to see the deer at the bottom. Pink beach really was pink (no filter on my photos) and had deer too. Next was baby sharks and a gorgeous spit followed by lots of snorkelling and seeing loads of turtles. A truly special experience!

Excellent and well organised tour. Guide was good - I think his name was Henry, he provided us with safety information. I would recommend this tour as there were no short cuts when it came for safety of customers. Henry along with his assistant was constantly monitoring all pasangers during snorkelling to ensure everyone is safe
Lunch was good - Catered our vegan dietary requirement.
