This was a great experience. We shared the tour with another couple we met on our cruise ship and they also enjoyed it. Marc was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, kind and a great conversationalist. It was crazy busy in Compostela de Santiago, but he managed to find parking and get us to the cathedral and pilgrim museum. We walked a couple sections of the Camino (English route) and though misting lightly, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were short on time, but he got us to the Tower of Hercules for a few pics and back to the cruise ship in time! I am so glad we did this tour.

Before you decide to do this experience, we recommend better understanding what the experience actually is. The significance of the location and the pilgrimage cannot be understated, the atmosphere is amazing, and the Santiago de Compostela is stunning beyond words. The town of Galicias is beautiful as well. However, I will say if you have only a limited amount time at La Coruña like we did make sure you tell your guide that you want to see more than just Galicias with your time so you don’t miss out on the other amazing sights of La Coruña.

Hi Adam,thank you for your nice review.The case is that you have booked the shore tour from Camino +Santiago,so...that the city of La Coruña is really another tour...but I try to give all my guests the opportunity to have a short panorama trip at the end of the tour before going back to the ship.I think you have enjoy it and wish you the best in your return trip to your home!👍

Our guide was very informative. We walked 3.5 miles of “The Way” and went to the cathedral and around the town. Would recommend

This trip was CANCELED because Sky Princess could not stay in port due to weather. WhatsApp chat w Viator confirmed cancellation. Tour operator notified and confirmed that she received $0. Viator app does thinks we were there! PLEASE refund!

Walking on the Camino and arriving at the cathedral where groups of people were celebrating amid a bagpiper playing alongside the cathedral…
We also enjoyed seeing a museum honoring St.James as well as seeing the inside of the cathedral…
