Sorry for late reply.We didn`t find reply button in the past years.Driver always arrive at Kunming Airport 10-30 mins before your arrival.Some of our driver can speak English will,others just speak Chinese,but we have English speaking support team,you could ask the driver to call us anytime.We hope you will choose us again in the next Yunnan Trip.Our service fee charged by vehicle.If you travel with more than one person,you would able to save on the cost.

It was good. The driver showed up on time and was friendly and helpful. A little frustrating because he did not answer his telephone the day before to confirm.
