Our driver was not very informative. Just dropped us off and sat in the car. Told us to return after 1 hour

Batu Caves in Kaula Lumpur was absolutely fantastic!! 10/10. Women need to bring a wrap for their legs. Purchased right at the entrance. Great to take home with after. Monkeys everywhere. Walk amongst you. Loved it. Temples were amaz

After one hour waiting in the Magín entrance of our hotel, nobody appeared to pick up us for the activity. We have lost the money. We have tried to contact the Touris y agency through the chat but nobody answers till today.
A complete disaster.

This is more of a pick up and drop off than a tour. Got left at the gate and given an hour to return. Not what I expected, got tot see the caves but would have liked a bit of context.

This is not a tour this is a very expensive taxi which didn’t even drop you inside as they wouldn’t pay to park whilst they wait for you so had to cross a busy rd to access the batu caves!!

There is no tour or guide. It's literally a taxi ride to the Caves that are free to enter and you look around. The driver waits for you and takes you back. No background information or anything about the cave or temple but still a good way of exploring it.

The caves are not to be missed. Climbing the colorful steps was fun while watching all the other guests and many monkeys!

Take a grab to go there, it will be the same for half of the price!
The driver was 1 hour late and do not tell anything about the place. In fact, it’s only an expensive drive to the caves.

Efficient pick up from the hotel by the driver who took us straight to the caves and gave us an hour there before taking us back. Definitely made it a lot easier and quicker than taking public transport! Would recommend for those keen on seeing the sights but saving time.

Pick up was on time
We were not guided but not really any need. All self explanatory
272 steps up to shrine. So not for infirm people. We are 76 and 78 and did it but we are reasonably fit.
Well worth the effort. Stunning inside caves at top.

It was good to see but if I was pushed for time I wouldn’t bother
Very crowded & a lot of stairs for not much reward, stairs are wet, small & uneven so not a pleasant climb
There was no information around anywhere to give details or background of what you are looking at
The detail in the statues are amazing but was a little disappointed from the hype that was built up over it

Your operator called shortly after making booking and stated that they couldn’t come. They should have marked the calendar on the website, if they were unable to accommodate new bookings.
I am currently fighting for my money back!

We were picked up in a private air conditioned car on time from our hotel.
We drove straight to the caves and the driver explained some history of the caves on the drive there.
We spent about 1.5hrs looking at the caves and temples and then the driver drove us back via a store selling hand made Batik products and another selling watches, bags etc.
We didn’t feel pressured into buying any products and left within 5mins of entering both stores.
Overall a really nice trip and very polite driver.

クアラルンプール市内〜バトゥ洞窟までの送迎のみで、バトゥ洞窟内の観光は、自分たちで回る流れとなります。車内移動中は、ドライバーのRichardが、バトゥ洞窟だけでなく、クアラルンプールやマレーシアのことを詳しく教えてくれます。英語でのガイドにはなりますが、色々と興味深い話が聞けます。帰りの目的地を変更したり、途中寄り道させてくれるなど、柔軟に対応してくれます。一人だと2名分費用が発生してしまいますが、二人以上での参加や、公共輸送移動が苦手な方にもお勧めです。

Esto es un timo, sin más. El servicio consiste en que venga un driver con un coche viejo (en nuestro caso era un taxi), te lleve, te suelte y te de una hora de tiempo para ver la cueva. Pagamos más de 40 euros por este "servicio". En la puerta de las cuevas hay una parada de Grab (el uber del sudeste), que nos habría llevado por 3 euros.

El chofer llego una hora y media tarde de la hora de la reserva. El trato fué muy bueno, pero tuve que llamarles yo en vez de que me avisaran ellos del retraso. Por eso que no le puedo poner "muy buena" a la experiencia

Todo muy bien el chofer muy puntual y atento no tuvimos ningun problema y el tour vale la pena es una buena experiencia ver un templo dentro de las cuevas y algunos monkeys, es un poco de ejercicio hay que subir algunas escalinatas pero no esta mal, vale la pena considerarlo en su viaje a malasia
