The ATV tour was great with astonishing views from Sosondikon hill. The dairy farm was all right with some good ice cream and we had nice views of Kinabalu Mountain and plenty of stops along the way. Most importantly, Vince was a great guide and showed us the nice spots, took pictures for us that he shared later and even recommended and shared some local snacks! Overall a great experience.

This tour is terrible. Advertised as a 7am start, once booked it became 7:30, no problem. Then got a message just before pick up that it was going to be 8:10, actually got picked up at 8:30am. No sorry were are late, in fact the driver didn't even say hello, just manage to say ATV? We then sat in absolute silence for the next two hours before the guide stopped at a village with a lookout of Mt. Kinabulu. This supposedly English speaking guide pointed at the lookout and said 'mountain' and convaed that we had twenty minutes. Upon getting back in the van we had another half hour drive before making it to the ATV site at 10:57am. Obligatory safety waiver signing and kit up then safety instruction we finally got on the bikes before slowly making our way up a gravel road. Parked the quads and were pointed to hike up a hill to the lookout. When we got back to the bikes, travelled a bit further up the gravel road. Stopping so that a moped and little car could overtake us as they had caught up to our slow speed. We finished the quad ride, unloaded, removed safety kit and allowed for toilets and were back in the van by 12:30pm. All up about 25mins on the quads without an sign of an adventure. Quick drive around to the dairy farm and once again the only details given were the departure time. Chance to grab an ice cream and have a very brief look around before it was time to leave. Drove for about 20 mins before stopping for lunch. This was the only positive for the day, the food was lovely. We had over two hours to drive once we got back in the van and so the driver put his ear buds in and once again silence on the way back, absolutely no interpretation of Borneo, history, wildlife or culture. Raymond, the driver, should never be referred to as a guide. This is the worst tour I have ever done and my only recommendation would be to not do it.

I spent really enjoyable time! My tour guide Vince made a lot of wonderful photos and his timing and sightseeing places arrangement was very good. Will definitely recommend the tour guide next time.

Viator fraud

Sold a dud Flew all the way from Australia with 9 people to paraglide & ATV. Viator sold a package that included Paragliding. When local provider contacted me the evening before they said didn’t include paragliding & must pay more $ 4 hrs of correspondence later @ 11.53pm local operators told me it was canceled & get my refund from Viator 😡

Dear customer,we are sorry for your expierence . We putted 3 options in the link before,Tour A :Paragliding+ATV,Tour B:Diary Farm+Atv,Tour C:Dairy Farm+Paragliding, unfortunately the Paragliding always been cancelled due to the weather condition not suitable,so we removed the option A and optionC from the link in the rainning season,only the option B left,but we didn't delete the word Paragliding in the title,i think that's the reason make you confused,we are truly sorry for that.We tried many many times to explain to you,but failed,so we have to cancel the tour.

James drove us to all the spots, explained everything and was very carring and supportive. I felt not so good on this day, but tje Agency made the day wonderful for me. It was crazy to see so much just in one day. Paragliding was so much fun. I can highly recommend the Tour!

ATV非常刺激，山路崎嶇，有較大幅度的上下斜岥，沿路一直有教練，職員及導遊Raymond Chan一直陪伴左右。Desa Farm有美味雪糕，小朋友食得開心，而且能自費買牛奶及草仔，能給小朋友餵飼小牛的體驗。值得一讚導遊Raymond,細心照顧每位團友，協助擺post，影靚相。下雨時亦即時提供幾把雨傘給團友使用。來回車程共5個小時多，Raymond亦能精神奕奕的小心駕駛，將每位團友安全送回酒店，真的要說聲謝謝，辛苦了。
