Ross, our guide, did a great job telling us about the area, flora and people. I enjoyed his energy. The canopy walk was a little scary but fun to do. The ice cream at the farm was delicious.

Not worth it

Not a good trip for me unfortunately. Reached out to Viator about it and they were very kind. Very expensive for what you get - which is mostly just a terribly long and bad car ride

I would not recommend this tour. It takes a long time to get there, the bus. I had a weak engine. the program is not really interesting, actually only the visit to the canopy walk. The bathing in Hot Springs id not foreseen, the visit to the diary farm is something I would not normally do. t”the guide was not very committed to delivering us the best experience

The journey to Kinabalu park and poring hot spring is winding uphill road with some portholes along the way and on some sharp uphill turns, Hence, the bus cannot goes fast for the safety of our guests, which is our main priority. Your statement of "weak engine" is totally baseless. We are disappointed that our offered services did not meet your expectation at this time. we will look into your comments and hope we are able to provide better service to our guests in the near future. Perfect tour

This was the best rainforest tour ever ! The views of Mount Kinabalu were incredible, the canopy walk in the park was sensational and was the only part that required some kind of physical effort. The desa farm was good (try their ice cream, it’s homemade and delicious !). Rosran was a very funny and joyful and knowledgeable guide as well as a good driver. He went the extra mile to find out if rafflesia flowers had bloom in that region and we managed to find not one, but two rafflesia flowers at a local conservation garden ! (Take an extra 30 RM/pax to pay the conservation fee).
