This was an unfortunate oversight on our part, and we assure you that nothing like this has happened before. We're taking immediate steps to ensure this situation doesn’t repeat itself in the future. Regarding the long drive on dirt roads and the traffic, the traffic jam was unexpected and out of our control, but we understand how it impacted your experience. As for the dirtiness, it was a result of the game drive, which is often unavoidable given the terrain. We want all of our clients to have the best experience possible, and we're committed to making improvements to prevent such issues in the future.
