A great tour to do if you are in Kampala. Nasser, my tour guide was excellent and taught me a lot about the history of Uganda. The tour was a great insight into Kampala, visiting the Independence Monument, markets, poorer areas, a Hindu Temple and the significant Mosque. Highly recommend 👌

Really enjoyed this tour with Nasser. He picked me up on time from the hotel and through the Kampala traffic drove in a very safe manner. I found him to be very knowledgable about Kampala and the history of Uganda. Whilst there was a fair amount of walking, I felt that Nasser set the pace correctly. I wanted to try some of the local fruits and other local delights such as Rolex and he accommodated this for me, negotiating a price directly with the vendors. I learnt a lot from this tour and would highly recommend it!

The tour was fantastic! Our guide Abdul showed us all the key landmarks in Kampala and shared lots of interesting insights along the way. The tour takes about three hours, and Abdul even arranged an Uber for us to get back to our hotel at the end. Highly recommended!"

This tour is very good if you want to Kampala and visit the main attractions. The pearl was the visit to the Gaddafi mosque, very beautiful and one of the biggest in the continent, I've been to many mosques, but this one is definitely in the top 10. Full visit of the busy city of Kampala, the tour guides were very good and super friendly, available for any request and knowledgeable about the city, they know every corner and we also tried local food. I highly recommend this tour, you will no regret it. It's definitely 5 star service.

Do not book this tour! Tour guide refused to pick us up from our hotel, was on his cell phone most of the time and had little knowledge of the city. Don’t waste your time.

This is typically a walking tour so we could not drive you around as you wanted with your girlfriend. Also pick up is only free for clients around old Kampala “We always work hard to ensure satisfaction to our travelers”

Good orientation and introduction to life in Kampala

I was the only traveller on this tour so was grateful that it run. I did really enjoy it with the guides, Twaha and Abby, both being very attentive and wanting to ensure my safety at all times. We covered around 10k walking in just over 4 hours so this is a demanding tour if you are not in great fitness. It was fine for me. We saw all of the main things in central Kampala and got a good flavour of how life here works and interacted with some locals during the walk. I would recommend this as an orientation tour of Kampala and a good way to see parts of the city that would be hard to venture to alone. My only negative comment would be that during the walk through the market we stopped at one particular vendor and it was expected that I "support her". I didn't object to making a small purchase but could feel uncomfortable in this situation again. I got some great photos that are on my phone so hard to upload here but my favourite was standing on top of the slope at the big taxi park.
