If you are arriving by cruise ship, please let us know the name of your cruise ship. If you are not arriving by cruise ship, please provide the name of your hotel or your preferred meeting location. Your guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the cruise port after you disembark holding a sign with your name on it. Then the guide will take you to the vehicle. We can also pick up at any places within 5km radius. Even at hotel, shop, restaurant, anywhere.

Fun experience. Nilish was great. Good communication from start to finish. The volcano is beautiful. We enjoyed the foot bath. I would just recommend bringing a towel to dry off your feet afterwards. Great day!
