On time , it’s safe , great customer service. Be sure to book one hour after you arrive since getting off the plane takes time and getting your luggages! But it you are leaving Israel leave 3.5 hours before your departure time !

We arrived at 3:50 AM so really tired and appreciated driver's assistance with luggage. Clean Mercedes and no traffic at that early hour. Some delay finding the boutique hotel in the Jaffa (south Tel Aviv) but arrived safely. Reasonable price.
