I could not have wishes a better guide - Hanoch was excellent and kept everyone’s spirits up throughout, as well as explaining about history and landmarks.

Highly recommend this tour. In a few hours we covered the major sites in Old Jerusalem. Alan, our guide, was really excellent. He told the history of each spot and covered all 3 main Abrahamic religions very well. Highly knowledgeable, respectful and good humoured. Also the other people on the tour were very nice. Great value for money.

It is a very nicely organized tour. The tour guide was wonderful, as he explained so much of the great city to us, and also patiently accommodated each one of the group, no matter to wait for people who could not catch up or people who got lost. In the end, everyone had a good time, despite of the long walk which was what we chose to do. :)

Doton was an excellent guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the 3 faiths and different cultures that make the old city their home plus his enthusiasm made the walk a lot of fun. Definitely worth the money!

Our guide was a nice guy, informative and responsive. But, we left nearly 30 minutes late and we had over 40 people on our tour (which was advertised as 30 max). We were too big and he was too quiet for us to get much of the information. Satisfied with the guide, but not viator.

Attrape touristes. La visite ne nous a rien apporté et pire, nous avons eu l'impression de perdre notre temps. Les explications données par le guide sont pauvres. Nous avons plus appris en préparant notre voyage avec notre bon vieux guide papier. Ils vous amènent dans une boutique où les prix sont exorbitants et sentent l'attrape touristes à plein nez. Le repas de midi est bien pauvre et sans plus. Le guide, israelien d'origine américaine a passé beaucoup de temps à raconter sa vie personnelle plutôt que des choses utiles sur la magnifique ville de Jérusalem. (Personnellement , sa dernière rupture ne m'intéresse pas quand je fais un tour). Nous étions un groupe composé à majorité d'américains et peut-être que ce genre d'anecdotes les intéressent (différence culturelle ?!) mais en tant qu'Europeens, ce n'est pas le cas.
Dernier point, lorsque nous sommes passés (3min à peine) dans le quartier arabe, le guide nous a bien fait comprendre qu'il ne fallait pas entrer dans leur boutique et qu'il y aurait soit disant des voleurs... ce genre de phrase a été
choquante pour nous. lorsque nous sommes venus en Israël nous étions bien au fait des difficultés qui existent entre les deux communautés juives et musulmanes. Cependant ce genre de commentaires ne fera pas avancer les mentalités ni changer le regard des touristes qui viennent dans votre magnifique ville ni encore créer un message de paix et de volonté d'apaisement
