Tour not working due to bug; refund request ignored

I purchased this tour for a self-guided walk around Jerusalem (Mount of Olives, Muslim Quarter etc). When I was at the starting point, I went to start the videos, but I could not access them. The mobile number was, to be fair, very responsive, and I was told that it was a software bug meaning I could not access any of the tour. I walked around reading Wikipedia articles but it unfortunately was not the experience I expected, and I was considerably disappointed. When I got back, I reasonably asked for either the videos to be sent to me for me to review later, or a full refund. I have since not heard back from the team, and continue to wait for a full refund. This tour should not be sold knowing that it is faulty; and the fact not only that my day was ruined, but they haven't honoured a refund, is really adding insult to injury. I'd recommend avoiding purchasing this, and I politely ask the team to respond to my request.
