Overview

Fly through the forest canopy on a full-day zipline adventure from San Juan. Cradled in a safety harness, with a helmet and a guide nearby, fly 'Superman-style', or face down and headfirst, down the highest zipline in the world. Itinerary

Begin your zipline adventure with pickup at your San Juan hotel. Board a comfortable, air-conditioned tour vehicle for the journey to the adventure park.

Meet your adventure guides, fill out waivers, and get a brief safety orientation. Get fitted for a harness and helmet and listen to an orientation about your experience, including what native flora and fauna to look for.

Clip in and zoom off through the forest canopy, traversing several ziplines with views over the plants, animals, rivers, and valleys. Finish your adventure with a 'Superman-style' ride on the world's highest zipline, in a face-down, head-first position.

Back on the ground, eat a hearty lunch pre-selected from the onsite restaurant's menu. Board your tour vehicle for return to San Juan and drop-off at your hotel.

Jerry was kind and welcoming, a perfect tour guide on our way to ToroVerde! Gave our group lots of great information about the surrounding area and history, and made sure we had time to do all 8 zipline courses as well as the Beast & The Monster! Highly recommend this tour. :)

What would have been a great experience and a great review has been overshadowed by one of the park employees using racial slurs. My fiancé and I felt disrespected and embarrassed as the only 2 African Americans on the shuttle truck. To have all the other guest looking at us and asking us “did he just say what I think he said” was pure humiliation. The tour itself was wonderful. Employee behavior conduct could use some tweaking.

They did NOT show up. Waste of time !!

They said that the pickup is that 7:30am and even after messaging them about a pickup location at my airbnb they confirmed that they would pick us up there. Me and my friends cut our night out short just so that we could wake up early and be ready for a 7:30am pickup just for them to not show up or even try reaching out to me. They did not answer the multiple messages we were sending them that morning and when I contacted viator support they got their office number and they were not answering their phone either because they don't even open until 9am apparently so i'm not sure why a 7:30am pickup is even a thing if you don't even open until 9am. In conclusion I never heard back from them ever and so viator had to flag them as a no show and start a refund process. So now since this was supposed to be a 9 hour tour that never happened, I had no idea what to do with the day now and also cut a fun night out short too and had to deal with the stress of trying to get a refund. Them not showing up to pickup and not even reaching out at all was extremely unprofessional and honestly just embarrassing on their part.

Creating this review solely based on the coordination and communication. The driver was on time and the facilitators contacted me ahead of time, allowing me to ask a bunch of questions. A hiccup occurred preventing the trip from occurring, and the cancellation plus refund was initiated before I even returned to my room.

First off our driver was amazing he was to the point and took care of us throughout the whole tour. The workers at toro verde were so helpful and friendly, I’ve done zip lining before but I was definitely nervous when we started but Emanuel & angel made us very comfortable. Give them a raise! Them stairs to the last zip lines are no joke lol

This experience was absolutely incredible. We did 7 ziplines and each one got better and better. The MONSTER left me absolutely speechless. Being able to soar so high above the ground and experience the beauty of our surroundings was so beautiful. All of the workers were helpful and courteous. Jerry, our driver and tour guide was awesome. He was funny, knowledgeable, and personable. He even gave us some recommendations on the best places to go. My best friend and I are already planning our trip back!

Not only did the tour guide show up an hour late (his explanation was that half the group got on the wrong bus, and is somewhere else). He didn’t give clear instructions on what to do once we got to the park. He dropped us off and told us to go on all the zip lines. The tour was supposed to last until 5. He said we should be done around 3, and we should leave early. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great tour! Very accommodating! Although I only used this service for transportation there and back and the rest was done through the park, I very much enjoyed it! The park was amazing and the guide was very accommodating when I asked to add on the monster (a must do by the way). To find tours that already include the monster I recommend going directly to I Puerto Rico tours if you want it to have transportation as well.

The ziplines were so much fun! The guys handling the group through the course were fun and patient with all of our questions. Jerry drove us to and from Toro Verde and made sure we were well taken care of. His running commentary made the trip quick and informative. The lunch was simple, but fresh and very good. Be sure to eat breakfast before you go. It's a long day until lunch can be eaten.

What an amazing experience! The first 8 zip lines were a good warm up. But since you’re with a group there is a lot of waiting around, which was a little disappointing. We were told that we would have enough time to do The Beast and The Monster, but because of the waiting around on the 8 zip lines we did t have time for both. We chose to do The Monster, which is the highest and longest. Highly recommend it! If you’re scared of heights you may not enjoy it. The drive up from San Juan includes a VERY winding road up the mountain. Keep in mind if you get car sick easily. We are definitely going back to the park in a few months.

This was the best experience ever. If you do one thing in Puerto Rico, this should be it! Our driver, Jerry, was very interesting and knowledgeable. He made the drive fly by and was very entertaining. The ziplines were amazing and the views were incredible!

Very nice service. Starting from the time they pick us up, until the time they drop us off. They will keep you informed on any pick up delays. Our driver was very friendly, communicative and gave us a good and very well explained historic information from the Island and from the Site. The zipline experience was awesome. We did All of them. Very well organized team they have. The only thing We would complain is that when we bought the Monster tickets, the price included The Monster pictures which is not included anymore (according with site reception) . Overall Excellent. Thank you for a wonderful time.

What an amazing time we had. Even the rainy weather could not dampen the fun time we had on the Zipline tour. Plenty of ziplining fun and fast speeds and beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this or and going on your own to the Zipline company.

What a hoot!! Great fun! Nine Ziplines in total with the end being on the Beast. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip to Toro Verde very entertaining. There is another zipline, the Monster that is longer than the Beast but, it had just opened and we did not get the opportunity to ride this zipline.

Amazing! Beautiful scenery! The super man style zip line was the best! Went with three of my adult daughters. Would this old lady do it again? You better believe it!! The guides were friendly, helpful and safety minded. This is a must in Puerto Rico! Thanks for a fabulous memory maker experience.
