Being able to tour the inside of a Frank Lloyd Wright home itself was special. The tour guide gave us not only factual information about the home, but also personal stories about Frank Lloyd Wright and his family and friends..
Seeing the Frank Lloyd Wright house in Chicago was amazing. Getting all the details of the history facts about Frank Lloyd and the way he thought was wonderful. The tour guide was amazing and very informative.
The very crucial details in the confirmation email are at the bottom and read like fine print.
In this day and age we all know how much fine print ppl read whether it’s iTunes updates or a tour app. The impression is pretty clear that one shows up between the open hours and just goes on the tour. That is not the case.
Mark was a great tour guide.
The tours are too close together so people get chastised if they wait for other others in a group to move along so they can take pictures.
They don’t give you a time. So when you get there, you have to wait. We had to wait an hour and a half to get on the tour.
Absolutely gorgeous and the tour guide was so amazing and knowledgeable.
I will definitely be back to tour more of Frank Llyod Wrights homes.

Also, we needed an ASL interpreter and they provided one. This was much appreciated and she was an excellent interpreter!
The house is a wonderful preservation of history. Adam has a very nice delivery of the history and importance of the furniture along with architecture.
My expectations were met however viator failed to mention we had to schedule an exact time snd had to wait one hour Also had to push back our dinner reservation because of the delay. Thankfully the restaurant was close snd accommodated us.
Very well organized, and guide was very knowledgeable. Small groups and they had printed copies of the presentation in many languages, very much enjoyed it.
We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood afterwards, looking at his other work
Viator is poor at booking. It’s an elaborate process and it’s not coordinated with the activity’s venue. In future, I’ll go directly to to activity’s website.

This was such an informative tour. The guide was very knowlegeable and gave us lots of details throughout the tour. I would highly recommend to anyone who is a history or an architectural buff.
Just do it ! You won’t regret it. Also I’m mad I don’t plan for more time I would have taken the bike tour around the neighborhood that has amazing homes also some designed by FLW too

It's an informative tour. You need to reserve a time AFTER you purchase your tickets. That was confusing.
Very strict visitor control. Excellent naration. On street parking. Close to Hemingway Museum. Easy to coordinate with a very pleasant neighborhood with many restaurants.
The tour was thorough and allowed ample time and access to appreciate the home. The interpreter Tom was very knowledgeable and made the tour more enjoyable. The home itself is beautiful and well worth the visit.

Beautiful home and studio. We had an excellent guide/narrator. Great tourist experience, especially if you like architecture. Also walked around the neighborhood viewing gorgeous homes and gardens.
Viator messed up on our tickets AGAIN!! We purchased 8 tickets but they did not verify if the tour start time was available and it was indeed sold out. The next available tour was 30 mins later and the tour could only accommodate 6 of us. I'm still waiting for a refund confirmation from Viator for the 2 people who couldn't participate in the tour.
A must to visit this house if you are interested in building design. Both the house and walking tour are worth doing
A great experience seeing all the unique designs in the home. Very interesting learning the history of both the home, Frank and the entire family.
Educational and informative. This is a must of those interested in architecture and American history.

I’d like to do this, if I lived in Chicagoland,
we were unable to enter. The woman at Viator told us we were all set for the 10 AM tour at the Robie house. Little did we know that we were not secured 2 spots at the 10 AM session. We got there and that slot was full and this was the only slot we were able to attend. We will be asking for our $54 dollars returned.
For me, it was very cool to see the beginnings of Frank Lloyd Wright. My kids weren't as enthusiastic. Next time, I'd teach them in advance about the person. Our tour was quaint and interesting. I'm glad we did it!

Unfortunately Viator.com charged for the tour 25 USD per ticket while it is available at Wright‘s Home & Studio for 20 USD. Other than that a great experience
We had a wonderful experience at the Frank Lloyd Wright house. The tour was so informative and very interesting. Our tour guide, Karl, was very knowledgeable and filled with lots of anecdotal stories. We highly recommend the Frank Lloyd Wright home tour!
