If you are not at the meeting point at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the booking may be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. - Bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, a towel, sun protection and water. We also recommend bringing a small snack or something to eat during the tour. Some stops involve a 10–15 minute walk on unpaved paths.

I was in Ibiza for 10 days and this was absolutely the highlight of my trip. What an excellent way to spend my time. Morgane was an absolute gem and a joy. I just wish I would’ve done this sooner. 11/10. Incroyable Morgane! Thank you soooooooo much!
We had a great time visiting some scenic spots and taking some short swims! Water shoes probably would have better than my flip-flops, but they still worked.
This tour was an amazing highlight to my first trip to Ibiza. I went solo and our guide, Morgan, made the experience so fun and memorable! I recommend this excursion for the beauty, the camaraderie and a bit of adventure, thank you!
The tour guide was wonderful — very friendly, personable, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Both water destinations were beautiful, especially the first secluded cove with the short climb, which was a highlight. We also stayed longer than scheduled at the second stop, a gorgeous beach with a bar, and in my opinion the extra time there was perfect.While the rock formation was impressive, viewing it from a distance for a few minutes was more than enough in the strong sun. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m grateful for the memory.
We had a wonderful time! Guides Morgan and Pablo delivered on the promise of beautiful off-the-beaten path sights, and we enjoyed every minute. They would thoughtful of our individual needs and made sure we had lots of laughs along the way. Don’t forget to ask Pablo to play you some Christmas music during the ride. He loves it!

Pablo is a fantastic tour guide who will take you to the most incredible off the beaten path incredible experience! Excellent driver, photographer, and very knowledgable on the area. Highly recommend.
Our guide was beyond amazing! He was informative, well-versed in all things Ibiza, and attentive to all out needs and concerns.
Viator didn’t let our tour company know that we added several people- months ago. The owner of the Tour of the Islands ended taking us and Pablo was great and made our Ibiza time so much fun!!
It requires walking through rocks, and walking down 225 steps and back up again, very steep stairs made of old old rock, covered in sand and pine needles at times. When you get to the caves, it's all rock, with more steps, but similar to a rope ladder. No bannister only rope to hold on to. Getting in and out of the Jeep is a challenge.
The tour meeting spot was very vague PortoBus. Bus stop does not give you much to go on. Have the tour operators phone number on hand to call when you get confused...you will! Unless they change the meeting point which they should.
Wear your swimsuit, there are no change rooms if you plan on going swimming at the two stops.
Aside from all of that, the stops were spectacular and stunning. The guide Antonio, was so helpful and a great photographer. Very safe driver as well, on lots of windy roads. If you get car sick, this tour is not for you. And if you are not fit, and able to climb 225 stairs, it's not for you. Water shoes would be a great idea.
If you take this adventure, make sure that you wear comfortable walking shoes. The first stop is over 240 steps down and then you have to go back up. That was not explained in the description. The overall stops at four different locations were good.
Amazing tour around Ibiza’s more secluded spots. The guide was friendly, funny and full of Information. The places we went to were out of this world and beautiful! Then finished off by watching a gorgeous sunset.
I would definitely recommend it.

I have arrived at the location and can provide evidence through my screenshots. This is clearly a scam. I was told I was at the wrong location, and the tour guide or driver was not communicating with me. The people at home were manipulating the situation and were unwilling to help, only arguing with me over the phone to waste my time and money. This is definitely a scam. I will be requesting a refund

Thank you for your message. We are truly sorry for the confusion you experienced. However, we would like to clarify that the exact meeting point is clearly displayed at the time of booking, and in addition, we sent you the Google Maps location several times before the tour to ensure clarity.
When you shared your live location, it showed that you were at your hotel in Figueretas, not at the official meeting point by Port Bus, in Ibiza Town, next to the Port Náutic. We spent several minutes on the phone with you trying to help and guide you to the correct meeting point.
During this conversation, you even suggested that we should change the route and skip one of the scheduled stops so that we could pick you up directly, assuring us that the rest of the clients “would not notice.” Unfortunately, such a request is not acceptable, as we must respect the itinerary and the experience of every participant.
Please note that we have kept records of all communications and evidence regarding this matter, which we will be sharing with Viator to clarify the situation. We are committed to providing professional service, and we kindly ask you to review the information once again. Please understand that we did everything on our side to assist you and that the situation was not due to a failure on our part.
This was the most unique beautiful and spectacular experience! We absolutely had the best time! There is so much beauty to Ibiza besides partying and it was the highlight of our trip to Ibiza! Antoine our tour guide was so knowledgeable, cool, and fun! We went to areas that were very private and not busy which was amazing. We got so many recommendations for what else to do in Ibiza and we cant wait to come back! This tour is a must do in Ibiza and I recommend it to anyone visiting ! 10000000/10

Great guide and great secret places! Chris was attentive, helped with photos of the group and gave us a great time seeing hidden Ibiza gems.
You can do this tour on your own. Don't waste your time. They clearly did not provide the correct address for the tour and therefore, we did not make it.

The meeting point — Port Bus Ibiza — was clearly indicated in your Viator ticket, on the Viator listing, and on our official website. Additionally, we sent you a WhatsApp message including a map link and a clear reminder of the exact pickup location. This message was successfully delivered, and we also called you on the same number when you didn’t show up.
It seems that you went to a different location, assuming it was the correct one, without reviewing the detailed instructions we provided. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the meeting point was clearly communicated through multiple channels, and no other guests had any issues locating it.
Regarding your comment that “you can do this tour on your own” — we respectfully disagree. Since you were not able to attend the tour, it’s not possible to fairly assess the experience we offer. Our tour includes exclusive access to natural spots that are not even marked on the map, and which are not reachable without local knowledge and proper guidance. These unique locations are part of what make our experience special.
We regret that you were unable to join us. However, we stand by the accuracy of the information we provided and have documentation to support it.

Great and unique experience! Antoine was informative, helpful with recommendations and even was our photographer!! Spoke several languages so everyone could understand. Took us to the best spots. I even compared with friends who went on other tours and they all said they were disappointed! That they were in a bus just driving around looking at clubs. I highly recommend this tour with Antoine!
First, Christian was a great guide! He loves the island and enjoys telling and showing visitors his island. He took us to some great locations. They did require some effort to reach and people need to be aware of that. It was a great experience and I’m so grateful we had the opportunity!

I did this experience on my first day here in Ibiza and it was truly amazing! It literally felt like a local was giving me a tour of all there hidden spots that avoid high tourism. Highly recommend! Only side tip would be that be aware that you are in an awesome older vehicle with zero to minimal ventilation so prepare for that but it makes the experience even better because you feel like you’re on true adventure!
I would first like to say that it is an experience I will never forget, I was with my family and friends, it was exhilarating, breathtaking views, professionalism and courteous host. Pablo was very accommodating after some confusion with meeting point. Went above and beyond to allow us to have the maximum experience. It is a little strenuous hike but nothing that was not clearly described in the ad, of course it was a bumpy ride, but again , it is a 4x4 experience and also described in the ads. I will recommend this to my friends and family.We were a group of thirty on the cruise and five on the expedition, everyone that say the picture and videos were awestruck. This tour was fantastic and left me wanting to see so much more of Ibiza! Our guide was Antoine who was great. He looked after everyone, offered to take pictures at the beauty spots and shared his knowledge about this wonderful island! I highly recommend this tour, it was truly amazing. I feel the most memorable parts were all the different experiences… but also the acceptance and encouragement to participate by our tour guide, Andre, regardless of age or perceived capability. He made each of us feel important and safe. His enthusiastic attitude was delightful and infectious.
