This was a short trip, the guide was good but the car he came in with driver was terrible. It was a battered old car with dirty interior. The shopping was at 2 shops only as chosen by the guide, one a fragrance shop and the other a souvenir shop.

From pick up at hotel to drop off, 2 hours
Basically just dropping off at the place and say you have 10 min to take pictures. Was in Egypt for 14 days but this was the worst of all the tours. Felt very uncomfortable.
No souk - just a fruit market
Ask to turn on the air con as it was hot but he turned it on for 5 min and then turned it off and opened the windows instead but closed them again when he was talking as it was too loud. Very hot and stuffy
Driver was on the phone frequently and was clearly not interested in taking the tour.

The tour considered of our guide collecting us from hotel reception (on request) or he would collect from the gate. He spoke excellent English and was kind and courteous throughout the whole tour.
He took us from place to place and explained in detail everything about the stops we made. Muhammad is excellent at his job and I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to tour Hurghada.

We had a lovely few hours with our excellent guide, Aladdin, who took us to the places we wanted to see as a priority - The mosque, The Coptic Church, the fruit, veg and fish markets, and the marina. Aladdin was very knowledgable, and interested in our wish to discuss anything of cultural and religious interest,... We started with a view over Hurgarda, and went on the The Mosque.... a very vast and beautiful place of worship, and with a lovely atmosphere... Then to The Coptic Church... Interesting to us that the most money is with the 10pc of people who are Christians, but as in the case of The Coptic church, give much money to it. Not just for the church itself, but the many social projects it runs, giving financial assistance and schooling. It is a social hub for the community, not just a place of worship - very revealing..! Next onto the markets - fruit and veg - amazing variety... and the fish market - jaw dropping especially a large displayed sail fish... And people can buy the fish fresh and for a few EGP, get it cooked on site.... We loved the tour, and much thanks to Aladdin for his massive contribution ...!! Would we recommend it ? Unreservedly..!!

Nous avions demandé un guide qui parle français, et la veille du tour j’ai été prevenu que ce sera en anglais.
On comprend un minimum en anglais mais pas tout, le guide a essayé de parler lentement mais avant réservation bien demander si le guide parlera français sinon à la dernière minute ils ne changent plus….
