Everything was great, the personal is amazing but if you’d like to go fast on the quad bike make sure to confirm if the group is a small one or ask if there is any possibility to join a private tour.
Thank you all! Habibi:)

Booked and paid for trip online within 24 hours company had messaged saying we had to pay an extra £5 each when we arrive because of a local tax. No mention of this extra fee when booking originally. Day before quads had another messaged to bring additional funds for headscarf’s £3 each and for drinks €2 for a small can of soft drink if required. The scarfs are 100% needed they do try sell goggles not sure how much but as long as you have sunglasses you’ll be fine in our opinion. Transfer from hotel was seamless and the transfer guide spoke understandable English. When arrived we were introduced to our tour guide and after trying to get sold a photography package which we declined, and paying the additionals mentioned above we went out on the quads. My quad wasn’t in the best of conditions, my breaks diddnt work well, you had to keep the throttle open or it would cut out, the start button wouldn’t work so they had to manual start each time, my helmet clip diddnt work, the quad would splutter hot oil out of the side onto your leg every now and again and at one point some of the plastics fell of whilst in the desert. My partners quad also wasn’t in best of condition as it had a steering issue where it would drag to the one side continually also her breaks barely worked as well. The desert was stunning and very beautiful and it was very nice to travel through. We first stopped to get some photos in the middle of the desert, the tour guide ensured he took plenty of photos on our own phones of many different poses and angles. Next stop was at a mountain and we were told to climb this rock/sand mountain which none of us were expecting and then told to come down the side of it on a very steep sand dune *any mobility/fitness issues then this is no good for you*. Next stop was at a random outpost. On the third stop the whole group started to become abit frustrated as this was the third stop and still one more to go which was abit excessive and not needed. On the last stop we were asked to go on camels and we did not want to and you could see they didn’t look best pleased. Again we were not expecting any camel ride. The other couple said “oh my god” and we’re told of for “swearing” as the camel they were on lifted from the floor. The last stop was a locals village this opportunity was nothing more than to sell you more things. We were there far too long 1+ hour and the whole group were extremely frustrated as it was excessive and clearly to drag out time. We booked a 3 hour trip total because we wanted a shorter trip for the day at this point we had already been out more than this and in total we’re out 5 1/2 hours. At the last stop you get taken to a hut to see a local make bread which they want you to then try and tip them, then a pharmacy to buy natual remedies when no one bough anything you could see the frustration in there face, then a indoor zoo that they wanted a further £3 for each, again the whole group refused, then for some local black tea that was full of bits, then we sat in the desert without the guide as he was with the locals for half hour. When he reappeared he told us to walk up another mountain we all refused as we came to do quads not walk up mountains and then was told to just sit there for another 30/40 minutes by ourselves again whilst he went of with the locals. This last stop was unnecessary dragged out and ruined the whole trip if I’m honest. The guide we were with on the quads spoke extremely poor English if you asked him anything he could not understand and appeared quite frustrated when asked anything. The return to base on the quads was nice and you could really get some good speed as you crossed through the desert terrain. When back at base you wait abit I assume whilst staff wait for you to tip them and then transferred back. We had a issue with transfer back which was out of there control as the vehicle tyre burst but fair play to the transfer guide he was amazing and walked us back only 3 minutes from the hotel and made sure we got back safely to the hotel. All In all if they diddnt try consistently upsell, and reduced the last stop times and focused more on a quad bike experience which we were expecting and had paid for. Made the pricing more clear not increase the price after you already paid for it (if extra fees it needs to be stated on the booking page) then this could potentially be a good trip. To summarise me personally I would not recommend based on the current structure.
