Don't do the buggy completely waste of your time. Bring water with you. Quad experience is amazing, camel ride is five stars and the bread in the village is nice . Food and show definitely not to loose.

Two members of our party suffered injuries after they fell off the ATV. The response from the staff was abysmal. The staff proceeded to charge us (via card) double for the photos until a photographer flagged the issue to me. To refund, the staff offered the amount in EGP at a ridiculous exchange rate. We then proceeded to have a different photographer harass us for payment for different photos after we had already paid. Chaotic, disorganized, unprofessional.

It's a great place for Russian couples

At first the good things. They have great quads, the shows are a bit short but they are very entertaining and also they build a really nice place there. But now the not so good things. Buggy ride was maybe 5min, quad ride is just straight ahead, there is no real action in that. The guide in the front drives slow so the camera man can overtake the group and take pictures. They did this like 5 times in the first ride. A lot of people slow than down to pose for their pictures.. At least 95% of the people there are Russian so the guide will explain everything in Russian for a half hour and than 2 to 3 sentence in English. The whole place is very expensive. See menu in pictures! I called them them the yellow shirt guys. The yellow shirt guys are very eager to sell a lot of pictures

A few issues to start off with in terms of pick up. I was originally told my booking was cancelled despite having a confirmation email being sent out to me. However once rectified I was picked up straight from my hotel and taken. Upon arrival I met Olga who introduced herself as group leader. She was very attentive to the group, took her time translating between German , Russian and English. She broke down the day and kept each of us informed throughout. The safari experience itself was 10/10. Quad biking was fun, we had a young man following the group taking photos throughout the experience. (Which isn’t free) there’s a few at the end.. The camel ride was another great photo opportunity ( ask to have photo taken on your phone) Buggy ride was fun as the sun had set by then. Only 10mins which was ideal after spending hours on the quad bike. By the return from the buggy ride it was dinner time which was followed by a belly dancing , fire and traditional dancing show. Overall a very good experience great value for money and a would recommend booking with this group.

We were the only English speakers in a group of Russians so it was slightly difficult to follow what was happening at times which felt a bit awkward when there were long conversations happening in Russian which excluded us. We enjoyed the dune buggy and the quad bikes although the quad biking trip was quite long and would have benefitted from a refreshment stop. Was very hot in the desert and didn’t feel very hydrated so would advise to hydrate before you arrive as it is a long drive. The request to bring goggles are actual goggles and sunglasses or other eye protection isn’t allowed, so there’s an additional cost for that. The camel ride and the meal were also enjoyable. The show was a little bit disappointing as I have been to similar trips and expected a longer entertainment but didn’t detract from the enjoyment. Felt a little bit rushed at times but overall an enjoyable trip

The price is very reasonable for the activities included / provided. Guides were great. However they did not indicate that there is a govt tax of USD$6 in the booking requirement. It is also compulsory to have a scarf with you during the activities due to the sand which you may consume. The ATV ride was a bit dangerous as the lights were not functioning for some so you would not know what you’re riding through when it gets dark. Pick-up can be better by holding a sign with company name as pick-ups at hotels are usually for ATV. So if you tell me ATV, I’m questioning if its the company I booked with. Otherwise, i would recommend this company.

Thanks in the future to add that trousers are needed to do the activity as otherwise you can be injure on your legs with the heat of the quads'motor. Also you will need to add 2 euros to rent top classes to protect against sand 2euros is to expensive just for renting.

***Avoid at all costs*** The tour guide sent threatening messages to me for requesting a refund the day before we were due to go on this tour, as he said we would need to go on a jeep safari instead of the original quad tour we booked. He said the minimum age for children was 10. So I advised this should have been stated on viatour as I wouldn’t have booked this knowing it wouldn’t be suitable for my children (age 8 & 10) When I asked for a refund he started to get awkward so my partner had to get involved requesting a refund to which they sent the attached messages …. And that they were to be outside our hotel to have a fight with my partner and make him “show respect” to them. With two kids in another country this is not someone you want to experience. Thankfully I saved the messages as they since deleted them on watts app and lied to viatour saying we were a no show at the hotel. Which the hotel security confirmed they didn’t turn up to the hotel at all. Very poor experience and shocking response from a supposed reputable company. They offered us an alternative date via viatour after lying saying we were a “no show” … Why would anyone take their family on a tour that they’ve been threatened on?? Real shame as we had a lovely holiday in Egypt and went on many other tours which were fantastic. This tour company I would strongly avoid just purely for the intimidation towards UK tourists I’ve never experienced anything like this before. So unprofessional

We were a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 5). It was a fun day riding the quads through the desert but there was a lot of waiting around and we were singled out to go slower even though we had been keeping up with the rest of the group. Also, diner and show was a little rushed at the end.

Communication 1 star. Picked up on time, went to the safari area. There was a guide allocated who spoke little English and did not communicate anything. Asked us if we have a scarf and goggles. As we didn’t have one he took us to a counter ( think it was viva Egypt agent’s counter) and told the scarf costs $5 to buy and goggles $1 to hire which we had no option but to shell out $ 6 each. We were not informed of this when we booked. Rip off to con clients into shelling out more money. After the activity we were asked to look for our coach number and get into our coach . Again we were not informed of our coach number when we were dropped.there were numerous coaches and we had a difficult time trying to get hold of someone to find out our coach number. The pick up coach was different to the one that dropped us back. Very chaotic for clients bearing in mind they do this activity almost every day.

I had a great day on this safari excursion 🌵 Our Hasan guide was really exceptional, very professional and always available for the group. We started with a nice quad bike ride in the desert, then stopped in a Bedouin village where we enjoyed tea. Then we had the opportunity to go on a camel ride before returning to enjoy another buggy ride. The evening ended with a magnificent show with oriental dance and fire-breathing. A day worthy of a thousand and one nights ✨ that I recommend 100%

Après-midi très sympa, c'était mal parti car on vous emmène sur le lieu du repas et spectacle avant les activités mais personne ne vous dit ce que vous devez faire, on attend sans informations de la part du guide. Guide qui était d'ailleurs pas très sympa. Autres soucis lors des tours d'essai du Quad, ils ont mis de côté les femmes sous prétexte qu'elle roulait trop doucement et leur ont demandés de monter avec un homme !! Nous avons payé pour faire du quad seul donc nous avons ralés pour faire ce qui avait été prévu.
