Disappointing tour, would not recommend

This tour was disappointing. It felt very disorganized, for example we waited on the boat before takeoff for almost 2 hours while the guides got equipment/paperwork in order. It was very apparent that this was two tour groups put together- scuba and snorkeling, and the primary focus was on scuba group. Ultimately we were on a boat for 10 hours and had 30 minutes of guided snorkeling where were required to stay close to our group and couldn’t explore as individuals. 30 minutes in the water and 8 hours of waiting on the boat for scuba divers. The most frustrating was lack of communication- I did not know what was going on really at any point of the tour. Lunch was very good, but not served until divers were done so we went 7 1/2 hours without food. I would have brought my own snacks had I known lunch would not be served until 1430. The tour description stated there would be 2 dive sights but we only stopped at 1 and stayed there for the day. We ended the day at Orange Bay, but only 45 minutes at the beach which was cold before sunset and bar/restaurant closed. Returned home at dark. Overall, felt like my entire day was taken and I only planned 48 hours in Hurghada. I will say, the boat was well staffed and they were all very kind.
