Deception, misleading description! Rip-off

This agency "elsole" deliberately deceives with alleged addition sights/ temples. It is only visited as with all other angentures of the Karnak temple ( visit time 30min!, no free time !!!), Hatshepsut (about 45min), and Valley of the Kings (out of 3 tombs only 2 were visited, as there was also insufficient time). For this visit to an alabaster factory with plenty of time! The 3 other temples that are supposed to be visited are probably in the Karnak temple (why is this listed separately???) The guide hasn't said a word about it. I still don't know what these temples should look like.... All tours took place before (!) lunch.! Afterwards we went straight back to Hurghada incl. additional transfer costs! (Fairy tale costs) We were fooled there too. The "guidebook" was disinterested and just rattled down its 5 memorized sentences. It has no satisfactory answers to questions. You could tell he was happy to be off work after lunch. We were back at the hotel shortly before 6pm. I can't believe it. The minibus was old and the air conditioning did not work either. The same offer is available at any other (!) provider for 40 euros cheaper!(were 4 people). (The lunch was okay. ) We were a total of 8 people. You'd think you'd get more time there, but it was just the opposite. Probably because then less complains. There was no reaction from the agency.
