Good trip, poor organisation

The trip itself was great, the boat owner and the instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease. However, I got some points to pin out: 1) The durations of the trip was not 8, but 12 hours, which happened due to various reasons: 2) too many people onboard, around 40, boarding itself took around 1,5 hours and to get all these people in the water individually with the instructor created further delays and chaos 3) if I knew the trip would be delayed for so many hours, I would have taken some snacks with me. This way we had one light lunch during a 12 hrs' trip and arrived back to the hotel starving and with a minor headache, which is not cool 4) I chose to pay 45$ per person having in mind that quality will be on top, in comparison with similar trips you offer for 19$, and just found out others paid a much lower price than us, whilst they were on the same boat 5) the only reason I chose Viator is that payment via TripAdvisor did not get through around 4 times, even if I chose various methods of payment 6) also a small piece of advice could be mentioned in the trip offer, telling people to take cash with them, as crew will offer to take underwater pictures to be paid later on board

This trip from start to finish was shocking. If I had a 6 month year old fetus, it would of had more organisational skills than these chumms. I understand there is such thing as Egyptian time, but one and a half hours late is taking the piss. When the driver eventually came he almost dropped me off in the wrong harbour, thank goodness I didn't listen to him when he told me to hope out otherwise I would have been completely lost. The wharf was another 5 minutes by car away. I thought maybe Dory has got more brain cells than this rough bunch. When I arrived I was super excited about what we had in store. I don't understand Russian so I completely missed the brief I would still have appreciated someone coming to me personally as the knew i made it clear I only spoke English. They actually seemed annoyed that I had turned up late which was hilarious as it was there mediaeval brains that made me late in the process. I'm pretty sure I could have spat from one location to the next they were so close. It took me longer to put on the wet suit than the amount of time I spent in the water. When the guy asked me to buy the video at the end I was surprised as I didn't think my 4 year old cousin would of had a tantrum like that let alone someone in the customer service industry. Not to mind that the video was more expensive than the dive itself. The journey back was as disfuncional as a kids birthday party. Halfway through I changed cars and had no idea where I was staying. So he ended up dropping me off in the middle of a highway. From start to finish it was bad. Reminded me of having a cup of tea with the in-laws. You couldn't pay enough to do this esperience again.
