Irresponsable and reckless to cancel our tour at 930 am when our pick up time was 9 am. and never advised us that our tour was cancelled. We had to contact Viator to find out that it was cancelled. An apology and that was it. Of course refunding us the tour.

Our tour guide Arlane was simply the BEST!. 5 stars is not enough to rate her. She was funny, knowledgeable and kept us informed and entertained the entire tour.
