Undoubtedly we paid more by booking this package, but it was worth it. A private car collected us, the meal was delicious and the show magical. We were then picked up promptly from the place agreed at the end. My only criticism is that we would have liked a bit more time, dinner was rushed and we missed the mini shows.

This was one of the most beautiful and magical shows I’ve ever seen. I loved every moment and have a deep appreciation for all the details from the lighting to the music etc. I would recommend this show to all family members, as it’s perfect for both children and adults. Our driver David was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. He even assisted us with finding a driver for a last minute Ba Na Hills tour, which was also excellent! We are very happy with this booking.

Show was great but cost of tour was a rip off-book it yourself

Loved the show itself but felt like we were ripped off for the cost etc. At no point were we asked if we had food allergies re: the dinner. Turns out it was a set menu and my partner and I couldn't eat most of the meal so we didn't do the dinner. We had a whole $12 usd refunded. The cost of the show is $50 usd and we were picked up and dropped off at our resort which via taxi would have cost us $10 usd. Total cost $60 usd and we were charged $100 usd after the refund. We should have just booked the tickets online. The driver barely spoke english and there was no tour guide so we had to ask where to go when we got there ourselves.

Dear Andrea Thank your feedback The tour not expensive, we get $40/person, you paid for OTA and Tour including, Ticket from $22 to $32, and we including, ticket, dinner and car pick up and drop, with private car, you can compare my price with you go to by your self, make sure my price to cheap, it totally worth fee you spend
