Fantastic trip! A comprehensive tour with all inclusive.... If you take this tour , you will have a perfect image of the south of Vietnam... Tradition, food, nature, activities, etc... A big plus was the guide... We travelled around the world but the knowdgeable+innocence , it's very rare... We recommend the tour 100%...

So much fun and plenty of food, very friendly guide, just a great day out.
What a great day we had with our guide Mike. Everything ran smoothly and on time, from communication the day before, to pickup and drop off. Mike was fun, knowledgeable and caring about his guests.
This is not one of those touristy trips where you are bothered all the time with vendors trying to sell you souvenirs. There are spots where you can buy but there is no pressure. It’s about seeing how the locals live. You see the floating markets and have breakfast noodles on one boat, coffee on another and fruit on yet another. You visit a family to see their house. Then there is the fish farm and local orchards before lunch. All followed by a river cruise.
This is like a foodies tour!
Thank you Mike for giving us an insight into the life of the southern Delta locals. We will recommend this tour to all our friends coming to Vietnam.
I'd spent hours looking for a good Mekong trip from HCMC that wasn't the same exact itinerary as every other place (honey farm, coconut candy, etc). I was so glad I found this one that gets you deeper into the heart of the Mekong Delta area. This was such a great find! Although pickup was early, the bus was comfortable and cool to rest in before making it to the destination. It was great to see the floating market and learn more about how locals use it. Mr. Happy was a really sweet guide, making sure that we got to understand the stories of the locals for ourselves: from eating pho for breakfast on the river, to visiting a family boat where 3 generations live together and sell pineapple, to learning how the dried rice noodles are made, visiting other locals' boats, seeing the fish farm, and more. In addition to being attentive to the whole group and making sure our trip went smoothly, he was also very genuine and shared some personal stories and insightful Buddhist philosophy with us. Mr Khoi aka Mr. Happy is very details oriented tour guide, the day trip to Cai Rang and delicious lunch is a plus, this tour is a must to have when you are in Ho chi Minh city
I booked this tour the night before at 10:30pm and they promptly setup a pickup from our hotel. Our guide, Daniel, arrived promptly early morning. The bus ride there was comfortable and Daniel gave us tons of information on the history of the Delta about 45 minutes out. My favorite part of the tour was seeing how intertwined life in Vietnam is with food. You get to experience the culture through their dishes. It’s an amazing beautiful thing and I HIGHLY recommend this tour.
The best tour we did in Vietnam. We had the guide Mr. Long who was by far the best tour guide we’ve experienced. Interested in truthful and accurate history descriptions, very knowledgeable and open to dialogue. One of our favorite things was just to follow Mr Long and see him picking up all kinds of different herbs etc. And letting us smell. As I said - very knowledgeable and informative.
The tour was a pretty authentic experience with well balanced stops etc. It all ran SO smooth, no waiting at all.
A minor thing that was really nice; the driver drove really smooth which made the drive really enjoyable.
Much more included than expected. This was an amazing day out. Tuan, our guide, was fun, friendly and kept us on time and safe throughout the day. He was full of local knowledge about the area we visited and the culture and food we tasted. The day started with a 2.5 hours journey. We were picked up on time ( the driver was excellent). The minibus was comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. We were provided with bottled water. They did a 15 minute comfort break on the way. Tuan explained a little bit about the itinerary. First stop was the floating market. Not what we quite expected, it wasn’t full of colour but more like a local working market of vegetables. We had breakfast on the boat, pulling alongside a tiny boat which served pho soup. Other small boats came along with coconuts to drink and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was lovely and delicious. The floating noodle factory was next where we shown how the rice noodles are cooked and produced. Then we were taken to another boat to sample Vietnamese coffee and on to yet another to sample pineapple and see how the locals lived aboard. After this we were driven to another part of the Mekong and onto another boat which took us to a fish farm. We had a tour of the farm, put our feet in the water for a fish ‘massage’ and were given fried fish to sample and drinks. Back on the boat to Con Son island, we experienced Vietnamese cherry picking along with 3 different drinks all made from the cherries. We were given a tour of the area with Tuan explaining all about the trees, fruits and flora. Then for lunch. It was a massive feast of shrimp pancakes, salads and spring rolls, belly pork, whole fried fish with rice and noodles. Desert was different home made fruit nibbles served with coconut milk and sugar syrup. Beers are available to buy. After lunch we walked through the island to Monkey Bridge. A challenging crossing of a wooden bridge but you can just watch the others do it. Back on the boat which took us back to the mainland and the minibus was waiting for us. Tuan sang a song to us (fabulous voice) and it took about half an hour longer to get back (it was Friday rush hour). It’s a long day, 14 hours, but well worth it. It was good to see how local people lived and their hardships. The people are lovely. This trip is worth every penny and we would highly recommend it.
Mike was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We were in a great group of people who contributed to the whole experience.
I fell off the bus as the step hadn't come out and it was too high for my little legs and Mike and everyone looked after me very well.
Great travelling down the Mekong seeing daily life. Breakfast was from the boat sellers and was delicious. The lunch was very healthy and plentiful.
I could have done with a drink a little earlier on the boat but probably my fault as we were given water which I left on the bus!
Great day well worth visiting and recommend Mike as the guide.

This was a very full but interesting day! We completed this tour on our final full day in Vietnam at the end of three great weeks. We've seen many things all across the country, but this was a completely different way of life. Our great guide Tony explained that this area supplies most of the rice, fruit and aquaculture for Vietnam, including a significant surplus they export. The trip took us to the unique floating market where we saw the retail boats buying product from the wholesale boats. We also took in a delicious breakfast and coffee on the river. We continued the experience by exploring the river and an island, including fish and fruit farms. Overall it was a great day and a brief window into a unique way of life.
This is a great tour if you’re wanting to explore a different side of the Mekong delta. The floating market was fascinating and something worth experiencing before they disappear forever.

Very nice tour with Michael. He was very enthusiastic and gave us lots of background info.
There are not a lot of boats at the market anymore, but I read about that before and it‘s not the tour operators fault.
The activity went very well, perfect organization. We were able to discover the floating market with few tourists, visit fish farms, make rice paste, as well as poprice. Daniel our guide was extremely attentive and passionate about his work, his explanations were very precise and informative.
