    Very unpleseant tour

    First to say, we booked the private tour version. We don't normally post reviews, and we do loads of tours. Said that, it was a very unsatisfactory tour due to many reasons: -we wanted to spend most of the time in the Mekong delta on the boat, and especially the part of the canoe/sampan. We specifically said that to the guide at the beginning many times, and he seemed to get it. However, it wasn't like that. -eventually, there were some mechanical troubles with the canoe, and we had to change for another one. The ride itself was so short, and the guide said we have to move on: there was no time to continue, or to resume later on, even though we repeated many times WE DON'T CARE about anything else but that part. -the tour guide said since it was a private tour he could be flexible and we could customize it (as it should be), however it was A to Z as per the schedule without any change. -the tour guide (Mr Tan) was reeeally stubborn, barely spoke or understood English, and all he understood, after repeating many times in the most basic English, he decided to ignore, or to say yes, and then do nothing. -there are many stops oriented for you to give tips or buy things you are not interested in, but fair to say this is unfortunately common in many tours. However, there are some of them we specifically told him to avoid, because they are very unpleseant, such as being in a bee farm without any protection and surrounded by bees, or to hold a snake. The guide instead made bad jokes he only understood. Conclusion, honestly the worst tour we have ever been on.
