Dunes were beautiful, the tour was not

I really wish I could give this tour a 5 star review. But unfortunately there were too many things that went wrong. First thing is we requested vegetarian food and no seafood due to allergies. They gave us squid and the vegetarian option was a plate of super oily noodles with barely any veggies on it and 0 seasoning. In a country with so much variety of tofu and vegetables, it was very disappointing. Afterwards they took us to a building "to rest", they put us into a room with a bunch of chairs and basically had us watch a live infomercial for coconut and bamboo products. I personally love a good infomercial but not if I'm paying 90$ for a tour. After we politely left the building, we asked the guide what that was about and he said that happens during any tour you do in Vietnam... It would have been nice to at least get a heads up. And the worst thing was that our tour guide was planning to take us back to Saigon at 4pm, even though we specifically booked the sunset tour. He was very resistant and tried to tell us that it was out fault for telling him in the morning that we were expecting to see he sunset at the sand dunes. Sorry bro, we didn't know that was out responsibility. The very end of the tour at the white sand dunes was beautiful though, it almost made up for everything else. If you take this tour make sure to book the option where you can get your own lunch. Not sure what to recommend for the rest of it.

Thank you for your review. We are saddened by your review! We have given you so many incentives and you still don't understand! 1. Even though you booked a tour to join another group that day, when you traveled to Mui Ne, there were only 2 people, private sightseeing car, private tour guide, private terrain vehicle, too many incentives. It's like booking a private tour but only paying a cheap price for a tour with another group. 2. Before returning, the tour guide asked you if you wanted to stay at the sand dunes to continue playing (the purpose of watching the sunset), or if you wanted to go back, you said to go back. 3. When we consulted, you only said not to eat sea fish and a vegetarian did not eat meat. You never specifically said you were allergic to seafood. We have recently served dishes that do not contain sea fish. The restaurant has also tried its best to serve you vegetarian food. Menu list Do not eat sea fish: - Seafood spring rolls without fish, - Stir-fried chicken with lemongrass and chili. - Fried squid satay. - Rice. - Vegetables mixed with vinegar oil - Watermelon - Iced tea Vegetarian: - Vegetarian spring rolls. - Vegetarian stir-fried vermicelli. - Vegetables mixed with vinegar oil. - Watermelon. - Iced tea. You don't understand, but we have given special incentives to have separate portions for each person. You have enjoyed many benefits of a private tour but only have to pay the price of a tour to join another group. We are shocked and very sad!
