As an Australian it is a MUST to visit and and pay our respects to the Australian soldiers that both fought and lost their lives in this region. A profound moment to lay flowers to Honor the 18 Australian men who died during the Battle of Long Tan. Surreal to stand on the runway for all the Australian military aircraft that landed in that area.
Fantastic driver and fantastic tour guide….Nick. Thank you both for a memorable day. Nick shared historical photos and shared knowledge and insight to that period.
This was a bucket list item ticked off for me!

From start to finish, our tour guide, Dingo Chien ensured we had a memorable and personalised tour experience. His local knowledge combined with his passion for sharing stories from Australia and New Zealand's time spent in Vietnam was just awesome. He made sure to understand our own experiences and connection to the conflict, tailoring site visits to suit. He delivered a poignant memorial service at Long Tan, where again - his experience and knowledge of ANZAC war history was clear. Beyond this, he was also just a ripper bloke! He looked after us, entertained us and I recommend every Aussie visiting Vietnam spend a day with Dingo. Thanks mate!
