    Whole trip was cancelled 15 minutes before it supposed to start which left us in a bit of a mess as we only have 2 days left in Vietnam. Apparently according to the guide we booked a trip from the wrong city , checked everything what I done gave the correct adress and it was accepted. I got a message that I will be refunded but nothing came back so far. I paid for a trip 140 usd and today same trip is only 20 on Viator website. Avoid it if you can.
