The show itself was amazing but unfortunately the food and service was terrible! I initially advised the company through via that I had food allergies to which they replied all is taken into account. When we got our food, the waiters did not know if the appetisers had the food allergies I have! My children's food then came out COLD! This had to be returned. I then had a vegan moussaka which also was cold. I informed one of the lady managers but didn't want to wait for another one! My husbands meal then came out 20 minutes after me and my children had finished our food....which was also luke warn! To top it all off, we had paid for transfers but on the return transfer, we had to wait until everyone was gone before the manager could take us back to our hotel! Overall, the show is amazing but for us, was a shamble!!! The manager (as a goodwill gesture) gave us 4 drinks to compensate for ALL the inconvenience! Definitely not worth the £200 plus that we paid!

We are glad that you loved the show! Regarding the food, your allergies were taken into consideration and our chef made sure that your food was completely safe. However it is true that we lacked in communication and our waiters were not well informed about your situation. They just served the food without knowing about the allergy. Safety was not an issue but we understand that this created a bit of stress to you. It also happened that one of the main courses arrived late. This is very unusual in Alar Dinner-Show and for this reason we decided to apologise with a kind gesture as you specified.
Regarding the transfer we don't agree. You had a private transfer directly to your hotel. We don't consider it faulty if you had to wait 10 minutes after the end of the show to get into the car, considering that then it was a direct course, without any intermediary stops. You reached your hotel door 19 minutes after the end of the show, probably faster than a regular taxi. Best regards,

We went as a couple and unfortunately left the show early. It started almost an hour late and most importantly, It should clearly state somewhere that this show is for a family with CHILDREN. Would not recommend this for a couple.

In Alar Dinner-Show there are 2 shows: Spectacular, which is for adults, and Troy which is for families. We say it everywhere, just check the website. Nevertheless, there are so many adults and couples who love Troy, because of the Greek Mythology theme!
And never ever the show started late. Our shows start always on time. The schedule specifically for Troy is:
7pm - doors open
7.30 pm - dinner starts (with pre-show and presentation of the characters)
8.30pm - show starts
You are a unique case of a couple who thought Troy was only for children... this is probably due to the fact that you left half-way through the show.
We would be happy to welcome you to the Spectacular show next time.

Amazing performers bring Greek myths to life in the show and my kids were enthralled. They loved the acrobats and the Athena especially. It is really expensive for what it is though! It is also quite a new theatre and people are still finding out about it, so it was a little quiet when we were there. It worked out great for us as we got upgraded to the best seats, but the atmosphere between the show wasn't as buzzy as it could have been as a result.
Food was great, especially for vegans.
Overall my kids would have given this five stars and I know it's something they will talk about for a long time.

We don't understand how you can find it expensive for what it is, though! Maybe it is because you didn't count that you also had a transfer for 4 people from Heraklion included? This has a cost of course. Because this kind of a show and a 4 course meal with such service, it cannot cost less than this anywhere else, guaranteed.

We had a really fun night at this show. The food was nice and the show was amazing. We didn’t know what to expect but it had lots of different acts like acrobatics, singing and dancing. They have another show but it hasn’t started yet, we definitely would have gone back for that.

Not the best night out. The show was disjointed and the content was confusing and gave no insight to any history that was coherent. We are veggie and the food was u inspired and a tomato, pepper and courgette stuffed with the same bland rice filling. Drinks were not that expensive but overall I felt it was money wasted and had a much better and cheaper day out on a boat trip with better food
The only good parts were the acrobatics but they were totally disjointed from the other elements

Was a good show to watch, we did the drink and show package, drinks were nice and they brought us over a small bowl of popcorn to share, loved the acrobats and the people are very talented! Was told after we went to the more child friendly showing and they had a "sexier show" the next day which we got a 30% off voucher for but sadly we were fully booked with other things.

Amazing from start to finish. The food was amazing and the drinks were reasonably priced too. The show itself was outstanding and breathtaking. The performers fabulous and engaging with the crowd. It’s a must see show whilst in Crete. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a fun interactive night out which we really enjoyed. The venue was lovely, the food was amazing and the staff were very professional and attentive. The performance was brilliant and the cast were very talented. We had great night.

Tolle Show, gutes Essen. Freundlicher Service. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Eingangsbereich. Es wird Punkt 19 Uhr geöffnet und man steht davor auf einem Platz ohne Schatten oder Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Tout d’abord le lieu est magique. Une magnifique salle de trois cent places, un écran géant une très belle scène qui vient jusqu’au milieu des spectateurs. Le show inspiré de la bataille entre les grecques et les troyens est vraiment tout publique et interactif vous choisissez grâce à votre téléphone plusieurs fois pendant spectacles l’issu de diffèrent jeux. La troupe constituée d’artistes internationaux est formidable. Ça chante très bien, les acrobates et aériens sont incroyables. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
