The guide and tour company contracted in the island were excellent. I had a great experience with them. My issue is with this company that resells the tour on viator. The markup is ridiculous. This tour costs $60 USD if you buy it with the tour company in the island directly. I would’ve expected some markup but not so significant to charge $195 USD. I felt completely robbed. I will not recommend them or use them ever again.

The local Rapa Nui people I met in the Monuments. One in articular the lady that ancestry is from the clan where she lives next door .She was 75.

Our guide, Teva, was thorough in explaining and showing us around. After a short first visit, he re-organized our day so the beach time was replaced with an additional stop of interest. Our day was also extended by him because he wanted us to see even more. He and the day were fabulous.

I loved all the sites and Moi that we saw. There was a lot of walking involved, which was a challenge for a 64 year old man with an arthritic knee...but I managed. The Tour guide kept the pace for the group, so I found myself wandering off on my own, since I couldn't keep up.

O transporte não foi o combinado, levaram o grupo em um péssimo ônibus, tipo Jardineira sem vidros e sujeito a se molhar com as chuvas locais. Desconforto total. Fora o não cumprimento do serviço Comprado.

lamentamos o comentário, mas devemos esclarecer que o serviço não é privativo é em coletivo regular outra coisa o valor incluía todo o traslado do píer que foi organizado e informado com vários dias como seria o pick up devemos entender que mais pessoas iriam se juntar ao algrupo reitero estava incluso ingresso de entrada no parque, estava incluso um box lunch lamentamos seu comentário do ônibus o clima pode mudar rapidamente na ilha por isso o ônibus foi preparado da forma mais adequada para essa excursão, o tipo de ônibus é o safari que é utilizado para esse tipo de passeio.

Pagamos más de 1800 dólares para 6 personas y el precio corresponde a un viaje privado y al final estuvimos 24 personas en un bus que fue como por safari, todo abierto con la lluvia al interior y con un picnic con 1 bocadillo , 2 huevos duros , cacahuete y agua. Fue como una aventura pero hemos pagado por una excursion privada .
No voy a recomendaros , lo siento.

Lo que usted indica no corresponde, usted compro un ticket en regular desde un principio NO PRIVADO . Aparece muy claro en los ticket y la cantidad de personas, no tiene sentido siempre en regular es de esa forma, además en este paseo en especial se incluyo toda gestión, los tickets de parque incluido y un box lunch. Se recomienda leer muy bien antes de comprar un ticket de viaje para no comentar cosas sin sentido.
Con respecto al bus es así como se usa en la isla y si hay lluvia se trata de proteger al publico para no mojarse o quedar con humedad, por eso los plásticos se bajan para proteger a los clientes.
Lamentamos que usted no entendió el ticket que compro.
Cuando usted compra un servicio acepta las condiciones, para la otra tiene que reservar en privado si es que quiere un tour para usted sola.
