This tour was a highlight as our guide, Maeva, proved to be so knowledgeable and well informed that all statues were placed into historical context along with today's scientific understandings. She encouraged us to walk at a pace that suited us which was great because the track on the major excavation involves a steady uphill walk. I recommend this tour to every visitor that wants a depth of understanding in fun way, of these ancient marvels.
