A very enjoyable afternoon!

Just returned from a wonderful babouche-making workshop! 🥿 It was a traditional, small workshop (not quite as pictured!), and with the three of us and the craftsman it was a little cosy, but that certainly didn’t take away from the experience. It was fascinating to watch a true craftsman at work and even have the opportunity to help with some of the easier parts. The real highlight was coming home with a pair of beautifully handmade babouches — each pair made to fit perfectly. A lovely, authentic experience and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Well worth the money!
