A fantastic tour of Hamburg with a very knowledgeable and friendly driver.
We were picked up and dropped off right outside the terminal building and taken to places that we would never have found on our own. All very interesting. Much cheaper than getting the coach off of the ship.
We were also given some tasters of local delicacies.
Would highly recommend.
This is an awesome experience. Heiko has excellent knowledge of Hamburg and we enjoyed hearing his personal experiences as a police officer. This was the highlight of our Hamburg trip. Highly recommend.
We were able to extend our tour to include a visit to the war cemetery on ANZAC Day. It was a moving experience.
Heiko sent instructions before our trip by WhatsApp, the pick up point was right at the portside, literally 5 minutes from disembarking the ship. He arrived early as we did, 8.45am for 9am pick up. He introduced himself, very professionally, shook our hands and guided us to his extremely spacious and comfortable vehicle. We were 4 adults, one being 6ft 5 with some mobility issues, Heiko was patient at each stop.

His driving was safe and steady.
He took some group photos for us too, along with a little treat at one stop.

Fantastic tour of Hamburg with a true local. We went from a cruise ship as a family of 4 with a 6 month old baby. The whole tour was very accommodating and informative.
This was an excellent tour if you have never been to Hamburg. It gives an overall view of the city, it people and its culture. Our tour guide was Heiko as he showed us interesting places in Hamburg which we would not have seen as we would not have had the time.
Michael was very knowledgeable and a great guide! He showed us around all of the best spots in Hamburg.

Guide, Heiko, was extremely professional, a true Hamburg local ("Hamburger"), willing to share personal knowledge of, and access to, the city's most interesting historical locations and buildings. Heike's ability to recite historical facts and information was impressive. While the three hour tour is comprehensive, the option to extend another hour at 75Euro, would be worthwhile.
A phenomenal experience filled with easy conversation, unusual facts a depth of knowledge only a lifetime local would know, and sprinkled with humour! Each stop was thoughtfully chosen for our small group.

This was a great tour with a wonderful tour guide. He was a wealth of information answered all our questions. Lots of interesting places to see and the tour guides pride of Hamburg was evident. We thought this was money well spent and good value for sure.

A very good 3 hour tour with Heiko. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and both myself and my wife had a brilliant time chatting with him regarding his police background while he showed us the sights of Hamburg. Took us to a Chocolate Shop and a quaint Souvenir Shop so we could pick up gifts. We would highly recommend this tour.
What a beautiful city! Heiko drove us all around Hamburg, and he was very personable and informative. Since it was a Sunday, most businesses were closed. He did find a quaint gift shop for some souvenirs. We had a very enjoyable day.

Mr. Heiko is a great guide for me, a first-timer yearning to explore Hamburg as much as possible in a day. With his wealth of knowledge and experience as a former police officer, Mr. Heiko drove me smoothly through the streets of busy harbor city Hamburg and showed me the most important sightseeing destinations such as the two UNESCO sites (the historical warehouse Zone Speicherstadt and Chilehaus in Kontorhaus District) and the Alter Elbtunnel within 3 hours. I had a blast and much appreciation for Mr. Heiko sharing amazing energy and personal stoties! I would love to visit Hamburg and meet him again.

Great knowledge of Hamburg & its History. Loved the stop at the wonderful Chocolate shop & with it only a few days before Christmas seeing Hamburg’s Christmas Market was just perfect. Great tour, good communication beforehand, prompt on time pickup.
Heiko was very knowledgeable, knew his city well. We stopped several times for photo opportunities, a closer look a the sites that interested us, visited a local chocolate retailer, and sampled some local alcoholic beverages as well as FranzBrotchen a lovely breakfast treat. We were the only ones on our tour, so we were able to personalise the itinerary to our preferences. Would recommend this tour, and if ever we are back in Hamburg would not hesitate to book again. Loved our hamburg tour!!! Favorites were the underground tunnels and trying some of the popular food and drinks. And the trumpet at ten was special!!!!

We had a wonderful time learning about Hamburg during our three-hour tour with Heiko. Not only did we see more then we would have on our own (prior to a flight), but Heiko offered information we would not have known on our own. He also brought a local pastry to try and some beverages. His communication leading up to the tour was excellent as I had messaged him a few times and he was always quick to reply. He met us at the cruise terminal - he was actually a bit early which worked out as we were able to get off the ship and through customs quickly.
We would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone seeking a private tour with a local's personal insights and perspective.

Seeing the underwater tunnels was a highlight and visiting the Lutheran church and the nearby old street.
I don’t normally give 5 star reviews. But our guide deserves 5 stars for this 3 hour tour. Very polite and personable. We absolutely recommend this tour. It was just my wife and I and the price was very fair. We even stopped for some very good German Chocolate.
