The directions to the pick up spots were not listed anywhere on the site or on the web and there was no “4” listed on the landing bridges. Look for the yellow and orange bus was all we had to work with. The German audio on the bus and the driver’s stories are louder than the plug in audio, but it is understandable. It was a good way to get around Hamburg on a rainy day, but this means damp seats, a wet floor and fogged up windows (the driver came around to clear them as best as possible). The timings for pick ups throughout the city were a little tricky ao you need to think of it as approximately an hour between drop off and pick ups. The site says the last tour ends at 2:52, but we saw the buses around the city later in the evening.

The starting point is located at the Landungsbrücken, in front of the entrance to Brücke 4 (you can see the inscription Brücke 4 on the wall above the arched entrance). We’re sorry if the driver’s live commentary was too loud. We’ll pass this feedback on to the operator to improve the passenger experience. Regarding the fogged windows, unfortunately this is a natural reaction on rainy days: the humidity brought in by passengers coming from outside can cause the windows to mist up, especially during the 20-minute break at the starting point. This usually clears up about 10 minutes after departure once the heating is on. Lastly, please note that the time you mentioned is not the end of the tour, but the last departure time during the winter season. We really love the sightseeing tour buses. You learn so much through the recored messages and really see the City and architecture. Recommend for those who cannot do extensive walking.
