Was disappointing, over priced and was only presented in German. The only way to get a translation was by app. The boat had no wifi.

I was hoping for some scenic spots like the photo of the tour shows. It was basically a “port” commentary of the container ships! Plus, as it was all in German we couldn’t understand any of it. We understood from the ticket information that we’d have something in English..we also ordered a drink, and about 15 minutes before arrival, were told the order got misplaced and so we could have it then if we wanted….no, we wanted to drink it DURING the cruise.! In addition when we booked and after we had paid, it said we had to have a print copy of the ticket! We were staying in a hotel and didnt have access to a printer, so that was problematic! Not a great experience !

The boat trip was very nice and you got to see quite a lot of the lights in the harbor. The problem is that there was no English spoken, so if you do not know German, you are just along for the ride. We were not offered any written tour guide. A nice experience, but could have been better.

Nicht das bekommen, was wir gebucht haben

Wir hatten die Lichterfahrt gebucht mit Speicherstadt und nur eine Hafenrundfahrt im Dunkeln bekommen. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass mehrere Anbieter die Lichterfahrt zur Speicherstadt 22 Uhr anbieten. Wir sind erst an die falsche Abfahrtsstelle gegangen. Dort wurde die Lichterfahrt mit Speicherstadt durchgeführt mit den entsprechenden Barkassen, die auch durch die Speicherstadt fahren können. Bei unserer Abfahrtsstelle war das große Schiff für die Hafenrundfahrt an der Anlegebrücke. Man wollte uns weiß machen, dass durch den gestiegenen Wasserspiegel (Tieden) es nicht möglich ist, in die Speicherstadt zu fahren. Mit dem großen Schiff natürlich nicht. - So haben wir eine Hafenrundfahrt im Dunkeln bekommen und nicht viel gesehen. -Das war sehr ärgerlich. Wir vermuten, dass die verschiedenen Anbieter unter sich aus machen, wer wann 22 Uhr in die Speicherstadt fährt. Das Plakat mit der Lichterfahrt in der Speicherstadt ist eine Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen. Wir können also niemand eine Vorbuchung empfehlen. Sondern man sollte erst vor Ort selbst bei Rücksprache mit den verschiedenen Anbietern herausfinden, wer wohin fährt und dann erst bezahlen.

Cheguei no exato lugar onde estava escrito no meu voucher e me informaram que não era lá. Que era lago Alster. Mesmo eu mostrando o papel insistiram nisto. Pensei que poderia ter havido uma mudança e fui pro lago. Mas quando cheguei no lago, me falaram que era era exatamente de onde eu estava vindo ou seja em st Pauli. Já estava tarde e gastei dinheiro com taxi 3 vezes. Era o passeio mais esperado por mim. Fiquei bastante frustrada, porque fiz tudo certo e mesmo assim não consegui fazer o passeio. Pessoas mal informadas.

Route war interessant. Dass ich inline buchen kann ist prima-aber die Bestätigung muss ich dann ausdrucken?? Sind ja fast alles Touristen, wohnen irgendwo ohne Drucker! Die Führung mit den vielen infos wäre toll gewesen: man hat aber fast nichts verstanden, zu schnell und leise gesprochen. Schade!

船は案内の写真にある、ライトアップされた倉庫街へは行かなかった。ドックとコンテナ埠頭を巡り、コンテナ船に近づく航路のみ。船上では子供がうるさく、雰囲気を台無しにしていた。 Das Schiff ging nicht in den beleuchteten Speicherstadt auf dem Website. Nur auf der Route nähert sich das Containerschiff dem Dock und dem Container Kai. An Bord waren die Kinder laut und verwöhnten die Atmosphäre.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Rückmeldung. Aufgrund des Wasserstandes ist es uns nicht immer möglich in die Speicherstadt zu fahren. Darauf haben wir leider keinen Einfluss. Jedoch fahren wir, wenn die Speicherstadt nicht befahrbar ist, alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten an und noch weitere um den Ausfall der Speicherstadt zu kompensieren. Schade, dass Sie einen Tag erwischt haben an dem wir leider nicht in Speicherstadt fahren konnten.
