I arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early for my 5:30 tour and waited around for half an hour, but no one ever showed up. I tried messaging the company through Viator (no reply) and calling the listed number, which turned out to just be for Viator's booking system, not the company itself. With no way to reach the company, this all felt like a scam

You have the option of a full refund. In addition to this, we would like to offer a complimentary 3 hour bicycle rental with Cycle Cayman.
