This was an axing experience with an amazing family! The entire family made me feel welcomed! Grandma even gave me a Turkish name! The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate my vegetarian preference. I was a little disappointed in travel Skyway not giving the family a proper notice of my reservation but nonetheless they still provided a warm welcome! Definitely recommend this experience! Beautiful family!

We met the family and helped cooked 3 dishes, red lentil soup, beef stuffed eggplant and a fried dough topped with honey dessert. The food was made with fresh ingredients from the family garden. Even the honey was from their hives. The best part was talking to the family and learning about their lives. We then enjoyed a full meal along with the food we made. Highly recommended.

At the family-run restaurant, I was taught traditional Turkish food. I really liked the atmosphere of coming to a friend's house at home. For cooking, I would just chop the vegetables and show them the other processes. After the meal, we had a fancy lunch with lots of appetizers to fill up!
