The best way to see a city- it would have taken us days to see what we did in 2 hours-our tour guide Michal was excellent and such a brilliant historian. Make sure you wrap up well in winter with hats scarfs and gloves

Michał, our guide was fantastic. He communicated really well and confirmed everything on WhatsApp prior to the tour. He was knowledgeable and patient with my friend who was a first time rider.
The Segways were clean and worked well with lovely chunky tyres that were ideal in the snow. Five stars all round!

Michal took our family of 7 through the old city of Gdansk and historical information at the many stopping points of interest. There is no better way to see the city of Gdansk then using a segway, we were able to see so much more then on foot. And having Michal as the tour guide made it all that much more valuable.

They simply forgot about it. Not available by phone, but 15 minutes after the booked tour some people of the company showed up. The staff was really friendly and helpful and did everything in their power to help us. But even for them it wasn't possible to reach somebody in the office. Eventually a guide was found, but it would take an hour for him to get to us. The staff offered to show us around, but told us that they were no guides so couldn't tell anything about the city. Again: Really great offer, but we declined since we could do that on our own. The staff then offered a refund which was quickly processed.
I tip my hat to the friendly staff available, which is the only reason this review gets 2 in stead of zero.

Segway-Tour mit deutschem Guide gebucht und eine private Tour erhalten. Gregor, unser sehr netter und perfekt deutschsprechender Tourleiter aus Leidenschaft hat uns sogar durch die Danziger Altstadt und zum Hafen mit dem Segway geführt. Dabei wurden nicht einfach Fakten heruntergeleiert, sondern interessante Details genannt, die auch unsere Kinder verstanden und wir kamen bei kleineren Pausen ins Gespräch. Segway fahren ist kinderleicht und ist eine tolle Art diese schöne Stadt zu erkunden. Immer wieder gerne.
