Prior to the booking date the tour provider was easy to contact and responsive to questions . Unfortunately on the day of the excursion the ship docked an hour away from Gydansk which meant that we would not make it back to the ship following the Segway tour time. I tried several times to contact the tour provider as I was quite frazzled about our upcoming tour and issue with the port location. Despite several attempts on the day to contact the tour provider I have had no reply which has been disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to kindly clarify that in this case there was no issue on our side. The situation arose because your cruise ship docked at a different port, over an hour away from Gdańsk. Unfortunately, that made it impossible for you to attend the tour as planned.
As you mentioned yourself, you did not take part in the tour, so this review does not reflect the actual experience of our service. We always reply to our guests and make every effort to provide support, but sometimes last-minute port changes are completely outside of our control.
We’re very sorry you couldn’t join us and hope you’ll have the chance to experience one of our tours in the future.

Riding segways was a great & fun way to see Gdasnk! We covered a lot of ground in the time & our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Wir hatten eine auf deutsch geführte Tour mit Francesco für 3h. Die Tour war sehr interessant und lustig. Francesco‘s deutsch ist nicht perfekt, dennoch sehr gut verständlich. Er hatte sehr viele, umfangreiche Infos zu den vielen Stationen die wir angefahren haben. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.
