It was fantastic to see the countryside in the comfort of private van. We stopped at several locations and picture taking was great. Only downside was the driver, although professional was too quiet(only talked about views if we asked) and his primary language was Romanian, therefore there was miscommunication. We wanted to be back to cruise port by 4 pm, boat was leaving at 6 pm. At 4:15, we asked how close we were to the port and we were still an hour out. He thought we wanted to be back at 6 PM. We had a very quick ride back, and did make it at 5:15. It would have added some authenticity to the day if he was Irish, but overall so glad we did it.

Joe from Connemara Chauffeurs was our tour guide. Adjusted the departure and drop-off point to Clifden. Joe was punctual, courteous and very welcoming. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and regaled us with many stories.

Joe was an exceptional tour guide! He brought us to all the breathtaking spots around Connemara, along with some of his personal favorites that added a truly special touch to the experience. His deep knowledge of the area—clearly second nature to him—shone through at every stop.

Bogdan was outstanding. He provided excellent information, was very friendly, and was an excellent guide. He provided best recommendations and tips for each stop and his van was clean, comfortable and comfortable driving. I was initially thinking of skipping the trip to Connemara from galway, but this turned out to be one of the best and memorable trips instead and I am so glad i decided to go with this private tour. My kids had lots of fun feeding the sheep, and I loved the glaciers and mountains and the very scenic drive on way to the castle, and kylemore estate. We were picked up from the train station, with 4 large bags which fit in the back, and were dropped off to our apartment in Galway. I highly recommend this company and tour to anyone. I will repeat any other destination with Bogdan and this company. Cheers!

We had such a pleasant experience on this tour. Our tour guide, DC (he told us that was his nickname), was excellent - he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional! The views were stunning and the abbey beautiful. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful country side in Connemara. Our guide Hugo was so very accommodating and informative. He made our day so fun by telling us stories about the area and making stops at some unique places.

We had an amazing trip to Connemara with our tour guide Johnny. He was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. Kylemore Abbey was absolutely incredible. If you’re in the area, don’t miss seeing the Abbey and its gardens. There were stone walls all over the place which were beautiful too!!

This trip was very memorable for our family. Our tour guide John was an absolute delight and treated my daughter so sweetly buying her candy and interacting with her. The drive on this trip shows you the natural beauty of Ireland and John did a great job explaining. I would highly recommend this tour of Connemara. Martin was a delightful guide and being a native Connemara man showed us unique areas and recommendations. We went to a sheep dog exhibition, a great stop for lunch along with very scenic routes and famous sites.
